Villa Maris is a luxurious modern villa on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, offering groups of up to 10 guests a peaceful getaway. With its own swimming pool, and positioned to maximise time spent in the Mediterranean sun looking out towards the glimmering Adriatic Sea, this is a perfect destination for those looking to relax and unwind.

The villa is set over three levels, with the ground floor home to the contemporary, open-plan living spaces. Decorated with soft greys and elegant whites, the living area of Villa Maris is a soothing space to spend time. Inviting sofas congregate around a fireplace in a free-flowing space which also features a kitchen and dining area. There is a cosy main dining table, with additional seating found along a breakfast bar by the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen.

Villa Maris has an appealing outdoor terrace, where you will likely spend most of your day when relaxing at the villa. The terrace has a heated infinity swimming pool, a cooling spot to escape from the summer heat. There are loungers and parasols surrounding the pool for sunbathing and resting, with fantastic uninterrupted sea views afforded by the villa's elevated location. Between the pool and the living areas of Villa Maris, you will find a sheltered alfresco dining area, alongside an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, the perfect space for relaxed lunches and sunset dinners.

In addition to the swimming pool, further wellness facilities can be located inside. An enticing sauna offers it rejuvenating properties, and there's a variety of gym equipment. Yoga mats are also available for sunrise or sunset yoga on the terrace during your luxury villa holiday to Croatia.

Across the first and top floors of Villa Maris there are five double bedrooms sleeping a total of 10 guests. The villa owes its name to the sea, with the bedrooms featuring cool blue furnishings and nautical artwork to match this theme. They are light and airy rooms, each providing access to a balcony and the marvellous sea views. Well-appointed, modern en-suites can be found accompanying each bedroom, one of which also includes a bathtub.

Villa Maris comes with air conditioning, private parking, and laundry facilities.

Larger group sizes can take Villa Maris alongside its neighbouring sister villa, Villa Helios, which sleeps another 10 guests. The pair form the Helios & Maris Residence.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with regular housekeeping.

Location

Villa Maris offers tranquillity along the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, a luxury villa situated just outside the village of Orašac along the coast from Dubrovnik.

Orašac is known for its olive groves, although you will also find some charming local restaurants and a couple of beaches to explore in this village, which can be reached by car in just 2-3 minutes. In the opposite direction, the port town of Zaton provides more restaurants and some coastal highlights, also 3-minutes driving time.

A little way down the coast, about 18-minutes in the car, is the esteemed city of Dubrovnik. This bustling city has an abundance of bars, restaurants, and shops for you to try out. In addition, Dubrovnik is well known for its cultural landmarks and historical sites, with the Old Town of Dubrovnik a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is also a good place for boat charters, allowing you to explore the nearby Elaphiti Islands and the glimmering Adriatic Sea that can viewed from the villa.

Villa Maris is around 35-minutes drive to Dubrovnik Airport.
