Sleeping up to 8 guests, Villa Frida features a sleek, contemporary style, with unparalleled uninterrupted views of the Adriatic Sea enjoyed from any of the villa's indoor and outdoor spaces. With its stylish look, it's ideal for a luxury holiday with friends or could also be a great family set up too.

Villa Frida consists of 380m² of interior space set across three levels, with the middle level of the property housing the spacious main living areas. Refined woods and contrasting black and white interiors offer a striking, stylish design across this open-plan space. There are inviting, designer corner sofas in the lounge area, while sizeable windows and doors offer plenty of natural light and stellar sea views to enjoy as you relax. The dining table can seat 8 guests, and backs onto a fully-equipped kitchen which features a large island with additional seating, as well as a sophisticated matte black finish.

Villa Frida's elevated position ensures you have the best possible view of the sparkling Adriatic Sea from its attractive outdoor spaces. Off the main living areas leads a balcony, spanning the breadth of Villa Frida, which offers relaxed lounge seating, a large parasol, and an alfresco dining area with BBQ. This is the ideal space to unwind with lazy afternoon lunches or enjoy a refreshing cocktail and admire beautiful sunsets.

On warm summer days, naturally, the main highlight of Villa Frida is its inviting infinity swimming pool. Located across the main terrace, the pool offers a refreshing respite from the sun. Sun loungers by the pool and a small garden area are great spots to help dry off after a pool session, or just switch off from the outside world in the privacy of this peacefully located villa. Just inside from the terrace, is a convenient kitchenette and bar area, keeping your snacks and drinks replenished with ease through the day as you relax. In a separate space is Villa Frida's tempting spa area, where further relaxation awaits in the forms of a soothing indoor Jacuzzi hot tub and rejuvenating sauna session.

Villa Frida sleeps up to 8 guests in total, with all guests accommodated across the four double bedrooms on the top floor. The rooms are intimate and inviting, with a sharp modern style. Decorated and furnished in muted tones, each bedroom benefits from an extensive glass window that frames the vibrant, picturesque sea views outside. All four double bedrooms also feature their own en-suites, finished to a high standard with luxurious walk-in showers.

There is private parking, air conditioning, and laundry facilities at Villa Frida.

For larger groups, Villa Frida can be combined with its sister property next door, Villa Elena. Together, the Elena & Frida Residence has space for up to 18 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

Location

Villa Frida is a luxury villa in Croatia, occupying a peaceful location along the Dalmatian Coast, providing fabulous views of the crystal waters of the Adriatic Sea.

The villa is situated between the charming village of Orašac, famous for its olive groves, and the port town of Zaton. The villa is 5 minutes drive from either of these towns, where you will find the nearest restaurants, and beaches of Orašac, Potok, and Zaton.

Villa Frida is also a short drive from the renowned coastal city of Dubrovnik. A 16-minute drive will get you to Dubrovnik, with plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars, and cultural highlights, including the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Old Town. Day boat charters can help you explore the nearby Elaphiti Islands, which can be seen from your luxury villa.

Dubrovnik Airport is roughly 40-45 minutes drive from the villa.
