Across 780m² of interior space, evenly spread between the two villas of Helios & Maris Residence, you'll find an elegant, contemporary styled property with luxury modern furnishings and airy, open-plan living spaces. Both properties have spacious lounge, dining, and kitchen areas, with sliding glass doors directly onto the sunny terrace. Indoor-outdoor living between the cool, air-conditioned interior spaces of the villas and the pool terrace is a seamless experience. Both the comfortable lounge areas host a feature fireplace, while the fully-equipped kitchens suit all your dining needs.

Spacious terraces extend from the main living areas, providing a sumptuous outdoor space to make the most of the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle that staying at the Helios & Maris Residence provides. There are sheltered alfresco dining areas to both villas, complete with an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area for lazy lunches and poolside snacks. Loungers invite guests for a spot of sunbathing, positioned towards the astounding panoramic views of the glittering Adriatic Sea, while large parasols can provide a spot of respite from the heat.

The bedrooms feature comfortable modern beds and stylish artwork, depicting either nautical themes or sun gods, depending on which villa you are staying in. All these light and welcoming rooms have the benefit of large windows and direct balcony access, allowing you to wake up and be immediately greeted by the beautiful seascape. Each bedroom has a well-appointed ensuite, two of which also contain bathtubs.

Location

The Helios & Maris Residence offers a pair of luxury villas providing a tranquil retreat on the Dalmation Coast of Croatia. The villas are situated just outside the village of Orašac along the coast from Dubrovnik.

Orašac can be reached by car in just 2-3 minutes. It is a village well-known for its olive groves and heritage of olive oil production. You can enjoy this local produce at the charming local restaurants. There are also a few very pretty beaches to explore in this area. 3 minutes drive in the opposite direction, takes you to the port town of Zaton providing more restaurants and coastal highlights.

About 18-minutes in the car down the coast is the renowned city of Dubrovnik. This lively and vibrant city features so much for visitors to enjoy, including bars, restaurants, and shops to explore. The city is also famous for its cultural landmarks and historical sites, with the Old Town of Dubrovnik a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Charter a boat for the day from Dubrovnik and discover the nearby Elaphiti Islands in the Adriatic Sea.
