Villa Helios on the Dalmatian Coast is named for the Greek God of the Sun and is truly fitting of its name. Perched on a cliff above the rugged coastline, Villa Helios features five comfortable bedrooms for up to 10 guests, and with its own swimming pool and panoramic terrace you will be relaxing alfresco in style.

The ground floor of Villa Helios' three floors is home to the main living areas of the villa. With a clean, contemporary style, this welcoming space is ideal for unwinding in the evenings. The stylish lounge with fireplace is smartly furnished, also featuring a live plant wall and elegant marble finishes. Chill out on the comfortable sofas, or head across the open-plan space to dine together as a group. A well-equipped modern kitchen sits behind the main dining table, featuring a breakfast bar for casual snacks and a striking matte black finish that contrasts with the predominantly white interiors. Sliding glass doors not only invite you out onto the main terrace of Villa Helios, but also fill the living spaces with natural light, whilst framing majestic views out to sea.

Outside on the main terrage you will discover the joys of outdoor living at Villa Helios. A heated infinity pool beckons for a tempting dip, while loungers dotted about the terrace invite you to unwind, basking in the sun and gorgeous views, or cooling off under the shade of a parasol or the overhanging balcony above. Tucked away in a sheltered, shaded spot is Villa Helios' outdoor kitchen and dining area. Fitted with a BBQ and an alfresco dining table, this is a lovely spot for memorable lunches and casual evening meals when on your luxury summer holiday in Croatia.

Villa Helios features an additional seating area on one of its higher floors, along with the villa's gym facilities. Including a cross trainer, exercise bike, and yoga equipment, this dedicated fitness space is air-conditioned for your comfort. It's a fantastic way to maintain your fitness goals, even when indulging in this blissful luxury Croatian villa.

There are five double bedrooms to Villa Helios, providing accommodation for groups of up to 10 guests. The bedrooms exhibit a similar style, with light and soothing interiors and plush beds with pastel blue accents, although each room features a painting above the bed of a different Sun God from various ancient civilisations. All bedrooms boast shared balcony spaces, allowing you to wake up each day and admire the glorious views of the Adriatic. Two of the rooms can be configured as twin bedrooms, and all come with luxury en-suite facilities.

Villa Helios has private parking, air conditioning, and laundry facilities.

For larger groups, Villa Helios has a sister villa next door, the luxury Villa Maris which can sleep up to 10 guests. Together, the pair form the Helios & Maris Residence.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with regular housekeeping.

Location

Villa Helios offers tranquillity along the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia; a luxury villa situated just outside the village of Orašac along the coast from Dubrovnik.

Orašac is known for its historic olive groves and heritage of olive oil production. Although quaint, you will also find some charming local restaurants and a couple of beaches to explore in this village, which can be reached by car in just 2-3 minutes. In the opposite direction, the port town of Zaton provides more restaurants and some coastal highlights, also 3-minutes' away by car.

A little way down the coast, about 18-minutes' in the car, is the esteemed city of Dubrovnik. This bustling city has an abundance of bars, restaurants, and shops for you to try out. In addition, Dubrovnik is well known for its cultural landmarks and historical sites. The Old Town of Dubrovnik a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city also offered numerous boat charters, allowing you to explore the nearby Elaphiti Islands and the glimmering Adriatic Sea that can viewed from the villa.

Villa Helios is around 35-minutes drive to Dubrovnik Airport.
