Villa Elena, tucked on the shores of the Dalmatian Coast, is a luxury villa with swimming pool, providing a tranquil escape in Croatia for up to 10 guests. Situated in an elevated location between the towns of Orašac and Zaton, and a short distance to Dubrovnik, this stylish modern villa offers magnificent panoramic seascapes, stunning outdoor living spaces and convenience, perfect for a summer holiday with family or friends.

Set across three levels and 390m², the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space spans the breadth of Villa Elena's middle floor. Here, muted tones, contemporary luxury furnishings, and soft lighting help foster a comforting, peaceful atmosphere that matches the villa's quiet location. The aspect of Villa Elena has been constructed to maximise the glorious views of the Adriatic, with a wall of sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and frame the beautiful sea views. This can be enjoyed from the lounge area or modern dining space, which blends into the sleek kitchen, fully equipped for mealtime preparation.

Stepping outside, onto the villa's main balcony, you'll find further lounge seating outdoors, enjoying the shade of a large parasol. Sit and enjoy a refreshing drink while watching as boats make their way around the neighbouring islands and the sun glistens on the sea. For mealtimes, the adjacent BBQ and alfresco dining space is perfect, giving you the opportunity to spend every moment savouring the stunning surroundings.

Villa Elena offers a fantastic infinity pool on the terrace below, which not only stretches the length of the property, allowing you to get in a good swim, but it's just excellent for relaxing sessions taking in the views too. Hours can be spent around the pool with sun loungers and shade provided, as well as a convenient pool terrace kitchen found just inside, keeping you topped up on refreshments. This is where you will also find Villa Elena's spa area with a private sauna, should you require any additional restorative wellness treatment.

There are five bedrooms to Villa Elena, with the capacity to sleep up to 10 guests total. The bedrooms are clean and cosy, all featuring sizeable windows that highlight the picture perfect sea views. There are four double bedrooms located along the top floor, with a twin room on the level below. The furnishings are elegant and understated, and each of these bedrooms features an en-suite shower room with a luxurious walk-in shower. The master also benefits from an additional seating area and private balcony, giving a prime viewpoint to enjoy in peace.

Villa Elena has private parking for guests, air conditioning, and laundry facilities.

For larger groups, Villa Elena has a twin neighbour, Villa Frida, with the combined Elena & Frida Residence having space for up to 18 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

Villa Elena is a luxury villa in Croatia, occupying a peaceful location along the Dalmatian Coast, providing fabulous views of the crystal waters of the Adriatic Sea.

The villa is situated between the charming village of Orašac, famous for its olive groves, and the port town of Zaton. The villa is 5 minutes drive from either of these towns, where you will find the nearest restaurants, and beaches of Orašac, Potok, and Zaton.

Villa Elena is also a short drive from the renowned coastal city of Dubrovnik. A 16-minute drive will get you to Dubrovnik, with plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars, and cultural highlights, including the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Old Town. Day boat charters can help you explore the nearby Elaphiti Islands, which can be seen from your luxury villa.

Dubrovnik Airport is roughly 40-45 minutes drive from the villa.
