The villa's main living areas are adorned with contemporary lines, expansive dimensions, and exquisite decoration. Located on the ground floor of Villa Charlotte, this wide room adopts an open-plan layout, bathed in an abundance of natural light, perfect for group entertaining and socialising. In neutral colours, exposed brickwork and grey minimalistic tones, the area is distinguished by its large sliding windows which allow the outside entrancing ambience to overwhelm all interior spaces. From the sofa lounge to the 8-person wooden dining table and sleek open kitchen, all sections of this space are angled to the views outside.

Stepping outside, Villa Charlotte's terrace invites long idle afternoons under the Mediterranean sun with an exceptionally long swimming pool taking centre stage. Surrounded by loungers and parasols, this infinity pool is the perfect area to unwind, either poolside or with a cooling dip. To one side, a covered lounge area allows you to absorb the views ahead experiencing complete relaxation in privacy, while listening to the sound of the gentle summer breeze. A secondary chill-out zone and alfresco dining table sit close to the building.

For moments not spent outside on the terrace, Villa Charlotte's plush TV lounge is perfectly set up for casual viewing or a family movie nights.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, Villa Charlotte's three bedrooms exude an equally chic style, exuding serenity and comfort. Decorated in a modern minimalist design that keeps to the rest of the villa's calming aesthetic, each bedroom shares an astounding view of the panoramas outside with access to the main terrace for a closer look. En-suite amenities are also present, alongside a dressing room and office desk that the master holds. The TV lounge on the property's lower level can be converted into a double/twin room for groups that require.

Villa Charlotte is a gated property with private parking available, suitable for self-driving guests or groups with vehicles. Throughout the villa air conditioning is available, whilst an alarm and sound system and laundry facilities also feature.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with twice-weekly housekeeping.

Alternatively, guests may choose to swap golden sands for the vibrant green of nearby golf courses, including Costa Navarino (The Bay Course) and Navarino Hills, which are found within a 10-minute radius from the property. Gialova lagoon and Kalamaris Waterfall are also notable mentions in the area, found 10 and 15-minute drives away respectively.

Gialova is a pretty, coastal village on Navarino Bay, situated a 5-minute drive from Villa Charlotte. Here, visitors will be delighted by a pedestrian waterfront lined with bars, restaurants and cafés.
