For 12-14 guests, this luxury Greek villa boasts a stunning location above the sea, complete with a pool, elegant terraces, and panoramic views of the historic castle of Methoni. Inside, Sadie Villa's spacious interiors seamlessly intertwine the main living spaces with the magnificent seascape outside. Outside, Sadie Villa's expansive lounge areas and terraces are equally brimming with sumptuous luxury and elegance. Staggered down the hillside, there's plenty of choice for relaxation and chill time in a spot of privacy or together with the rest of the group. Along the perimeter of the property, various armchairs and outdoor sofas invite reading time or sunset drinks, whilst a covered dining space offers a laid-back, bohemian corner for alfresco evening meals. At the bottom of the stairs, an irresistible infinity pool takes place alongside a selection of loungers all angled to the incredible scenery. A pétanque court assures further choice for unwinding.

Sadie Villa accommodates for 12-14 guests across six bedrooms that continue a quiet sense of luxury felt throughout the rest of the property's interiors. Decorated with a combination of bright whites, gentle greys and the vibrant ocean blues, visible from each of the rooms, it creates a soothing colour scheme that's perfect for a night's rest. In total, a master and five further double/twin bedrooms feature, ideal for when flexible sleeping arrangements are required, all benefitting from sea views and access to the terrace. Of these, one room also offers further option in the form of two additional single sofa beds.

The property offers air conditioning throughout and also underfloor heating, should you choose to rent out of the summer season. Private parking is available too, secured via the villa's gates.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with housekeeping (every 3 days).

Villa Sadie is a tremendous seafront property, close to the small and picturesque coastal town of Methoni, in the southwestern region of the Peloponnese. Exuding a sense of serenity, simply overlooking panoramic sea views and sunset horizons, its idyllic location is perfect for those seeking a slice of privacy yet within easy reach of nearby beaches and attractions.

Lambes Beach is a 5-minute drive away from Villa Sadie, with 800m of golden sands that present a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts and offer stunning views of Sapienza Island to be enjoyed from a variety of beach bars. Just over 5 minutes away, in the other direction, lies the most popular beach in Methoni, Kritika Beach, an amazing sandy beach near Methoni town perfect for families with children. And despite Greece's limited golf culture, in just 20 minutes guests can reach four of the region's most challenging courses.

Methoni town sits under a 10-minute drive from Villa Sadie. The port is bordered by two fortresses, including Methoni Castle, a testament to the region's rich past, as well as a selection of shops, tavernas, café-bars and more that can be explored. The picturesque, amphitheatrical coastal town of Pylos can be reached within a 20-minute drive.

Villa Sadie lies an approximate 1 hr 15 minute car journey from Kalamanta International Airport.
