The closest beach to the property is simply a 200m walk; a stone path leads from Patrick Leigh Fermor House to Kalamitsi Beach, a secluded pebble beach that sits beneath the house. Alternatively, guests can venture slightly further away (an approximate 5-minute drive) to Foneas Beach and Delfinia Beach, two picturesque hidden coves highlighted as some of the most beautiful in the region.

Kardamyli, a small, sleepy fishing village steeped in history, is sure to delight with its stone-built houses and selection of tavernas, shops, and amenities. Kardamyli can be reached within a 5-minute drive, whilst the larger towns of Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos lie within 10-15 minutes by car.
