The interiors of Kilada on the Rocks have been lovingly decorated to honour the splendour of the property's surroundings as much as possible. Modern, minimalistic living spaces establish a light and airy ambience, with plenty of natural light permeating the space and breathing life into the villa. Frameless sliding windows capture the picture-postcard scenery outside, adding colour to the area with striking artwork that perfectly complements otherwise neutral tones and contemporary furnishings. The ground floor is comprised of the main living, dining and kitchen areas, whilst guests will also find a secondary kitchenette and small dining space on the first floor to give multiple dining options for convenience.

Stepping outside, an extensive terrace area leads directly into the villa's infinity pool for slow, sun-drenched afternoons spent in the warm Mediterranean climate. Poolside loungers and parasols offer space to recline and unwind, overlooking the luscious surrounding vegetation and peaking views out to the Aegean coastline. A first floor roof terrace space gives a greater vantage point to view the villa's landscaped gardens, as well as providing further outdoor lounge spots and alfresco dining to be enjoyed. For the ultimate luxury villa experience, a direct path leads to a private beach and rocky cove for guests to visit the water's edge. Exploring the water is also a possibility thanks to the SUV, canoe and snorkelling equipment available at Kilada on the Rocks.

Kilada on the Rocks accommodates groups of 9 guests across five beautifully decorated bedrooms that fall in line with the rest of the villa's design. Traditional white Greek marble adorns the floors and partnering en-suite amenities in all rooms, perfectly complementing the incredible landscape and sea views that decorate the villa's surroundings. Each bedroom offers access to an outdoor terrace space with unique views of the Aegean Sea; first floor bedrooms allow for guests to enjoy intimate moments and sunsets above the coastline, whilst the ground floor bedrooms assure immediate access to the villa's infinity pool. For flexibility, the majority of doubles can be split into twin bed set-ups and there's also a single bedroom available too.

For added convenience, air conditioning features throughout the villa, private parking and garage storage are also available.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 9 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis to include daily breakfast and a daily housekeeping service.

Location

Kilada on the Rocks is a luxury villa in one of the most secluded and desired regions of the Peloponnese. Situated close to the charming fisherman's bay of Kilada, the villa presents an idyllic location to fully relax and recharge with undisturbed views of the Aegean Sea visible across the property. Directly below, guests also have access to a private beach, offering direct sea access and a rocky cove to explore using supplied SUV, canoe and snorkelling equipment.

Otherwise, Vrochitsas Beach and Paralia Panagitas lie within a 5-minute walk from Kilada on the Rocks. Also within walking distance is the charming, beachfront Doroufi Taverna, located a 10-minute walk from the property. For more taverna options, the fishing village of Kilada can be reached in less than a 10-minute drive.

The cosmopolitan hub of Porto Heli is also well within reach for guests, situated a 20-minute drive away. Here, guests will find a larger selection of amenities, the beautiful marina for boat trips, Paralia Porto Cheli, Ververoda Lake and more. Alternatively, the Kilada Country Club lies less than a 10-minute drive from Kilada on the Rocks, a beautiful course nestled amongst olive trees, overlooking the Peloponnese Peninsula.
