Villa Ó is a luxury villa in Croatia, promising 10-12 guests a holiday of serenity, luxury, and comfort. Nestled amongst olive groves in a private location along the Dalmatian Coast, Villa Ó is a spacious, modern home, with multiple outdoor and indoor living areas, a garden, and a swimming pool. All of this, combined with the beautiful Adriatic Sea as your marvellous backdrop, creates a perfect setting for multifamily holidays or group trips in Croatia.

Villa Ó is divided between a main house and a secondary house, connected via a covered corridor or the pool terrace. Across these two houses, and 840m², you will find a multitude of stylish living areas. Utilising stone greys, off-whites, and light wooden accents in a sleek design, these living spaces give the impression of a cutting-edge contemporary villa. You are spoilt for choice in where to eat, drink, and relax, with three kitchens across the villa affording plenty of options for any aficionados of the culinary arts. You'll find a cosy lounge with fitted kitchen, and another fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, both on the main level. There's even a generously sized apartment across the top floor, where you will find an elegant open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space. This mix of options allows you to both come together as a group or escape for some privacy as you see fit.

The main highlights of Villa Ó come from spending time in the villa's outdoor living areas. Relax poolside on one of the loungers and bask in the glow of the sun and beauty of the Adriatic, before taking a soothing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. You'll find the terrace and garden area that extends around the pool scattered with a mix of olive trees and amenities, including an outdoor kitchen and BBQ for an inviting late afternoon feast. There are relaxing spots for drinks and conversation, including a stylish conversation booth or the outdoor seating area, the latter sitting under the shade of a pergola. There's also some fitness equipment available for use, with access to a wine cellar available on request too!

With five double bedrooms and a pull-out bed in the top floor apartment, Villa Ó provides room for a maximum total of 12 guests. The bedrooms are all situated on the upper levels of the two main houses that make up the villa, snug and homely rooms which showcase lovely sea views for you to wake up to each morning. The top floor apartment features the pull-out bed, but with its own living areas and a balcony too, it's the ideal spot for any couples wanting some additional privacy. Every bedroom benefits from a pristine en-suite shower room.

Villa Ó has air conditioning, private parking, and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with regular housekeeping.

For smaller groups, Villa Ó is available for reduced rates without the use of the top floor apartment and one of the bedrooms, please enquire.

Location

Villa Ó is found in a tranquil position overlooking the Adriatic Sea, positioned on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia. The villa is just on the outskirts of the picturesque seaside village of Orašac, and also within a short distance of the port town of Zaton. Orašac is known for its ancient olive groves, found surrounding the villa's location. There are restaurants to be found in both these towns, and the nearest beaches of Orašac, Potok, and Zaton, are all within 4–5 minutes driving time.

Just 15 km down the coast is the famous city of Dubrovnik. Well-known as the filming location of King's Landing in Game of Thrones, this lively city is full of shops, bars, restaurants, and culture, with the Old Town a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Alternatively, for days out, boat trips and day charters will let you explore the surrounding islands, including the Elephiti Islands, the stunning archipelago that can be viewed from Villa Ó.

Dubrovnik Airport is a little further on from the city, about 40 minutes drive from the villa.
