The ground level of the property houses Villa Nikita's main living areas. Adopting an open-plan layout, guests will immediately feel at home in this impressive room, featuring a contemporary and minimalistic aesthetic intertwined with a neutral colour palette. Light, modern furnishings and large sliding glass doors perfectly set the scene, seamlessly blending with the space and terrace outside. Spread across the property's two floors, Villa Nikita accommodates a total of 10 guests throughout its five bedrooms. With four rooms located on the first floor and the remaining double on ground level, each en-suite room maintains an elegant style through light textures and minimalist modern designs. High ceilings and large sliding glass doors exude a bright ambience while also framing sea views in the distance. For convenience, private parking, laundry facilities and air-conditioning are all provided at Villa Nikita.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Alternatively, head down to the Kaštela Riviera to reach the beautiful coastline, a selection of pebble beaches, marinas, seafront restaurants and shops. From Villa Nikita, it's less than a 10-minute drive.

The centre of Split is found an approximate 30-minute car journey from the property for a wonderful day of exploring. Here, guests are able to experience the city's Old Town, waterfront promenade, vibrant dining and shopping scene, and even the UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace. For a range of amenities closer to the villa, the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir lies within a 15-minute drive to explore, as well as opportunities for boat excursions to nearby islands like Brač and Hvar.

Split Airport is located an approximate 10 to 15-minute drive from Villa Nikita.

This particular property is offered on a self-catered basis, ensuring guests can tailor their holiday as they best wish. Please note, an additional final cleaning fee (€500) is paid upon check-in to the villa.
