Villa M is efficiently designed to maximise the use of space. The main living areas have an elegant, open-plan layout, with lofted ceilings and a glass façade, providing natural light and revealing impressive views of the Adriatic Sea and further up the coastline. Smart, contemporary furniture fills the predominantly white interior space, with wooden ceilings, black accents, and splashes of colour offering a pleasant contrast to the room. A dining table seating 8 separates the lounge from the large, fully-equipped kitchen, while doors set into the glass wall can be opened up to bring the outside in.

The 200m² of layered terraces are a true pearl of the luxury Villa M, cascading down the hillside. The highest terrace acts as a veranda, with the overhanging roof providing soothing shade to outdoor lounge and alfresco dining areas. With an outdoor summer kitchen and BBQ area too, the villa creates an ideal setting to enjoy long meals together, appreciating the views and flavoursome local ingredients found on your lovingly prepared plates.

On a hot summer day, nothing can beat taking a swim in Villa M's long infinity pool, which overlooks the gorgeous bay towards the port town of Zaton. Within the pool, there are shallow areas, perfect for a cooling way to relax, with a book or refreshment and a sectioned area with bubbling jets. For those who prefer some sunbathing, there are plenty of inviting loungers, poolside. Alternatively, one of the benefits of a seafront property is having direct access to the sea for a refreshing dip. At Villa M, you can take a small path down to the rocky shores, where you can find a spot to relax and swim in the glistening waters. It's a perfect option for groups who are wishing to avoid crowded beaches or trips in the car as much as possible during their stay.

The villa can sleep up to 8 guests over three double bedrooms and one twin room, all of which come with en-suite shower rooms. The bedrooms are positioned at either end of the property, with two facing the sea and two set behind, which nevertheless still have access to a balcony with sea views. Artwork is an important feature to Villa M, with many vibrant and fascinating pieces adorning the walls of the spacious bedrooms. In fact, the villa began its original construction in the 1960s by a Croatian artist named Milovan Stanić, whose artwork can be seen in the villa's bedrooms, as well as in an open gallery in the basement of the property.

Location

Villa M is a luxury villa in Croatia on the Dalmatian Coast, found in a stunning location along the seafront, facing opposite the port town of Zaton. Alongside direct sea access, the villa is located only 5 minutes walk from the pebbled shore of Štikovica Beach, perfect for sunbathing.

Zaton can be reached in a 7-minute drive from the villa, where you will find a quaint town with local shops, restaurants, bars and cafés to discover. Alternatively, a 15-minute drive down the coast will bring you to the famous city of Dubrovnik. This lively hub features a much larger variety of places to explore, including many cultural highlights like the Old Town of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filming location for Game of Thrones. The villa's seafront location also makes it a great spot for exploring some of Croatia's Islands nearby, including those that make up the Elaphiti Islands a short boat journey across from the villa. The nearest harbour is 7km away.

Dubrovnik Airport is roughly 35 minutes drive from the villa.
