Inside, Villa Agape has a timeless style, blending authenticity and modernity to excellent effect. A lounge and dining area occupies an open-plan space on the ground floor. Marble floors, bright walls, and original stone features all blend together in this inviting space. Comfortable lounge seating welcomes you to unwind before a feature black fireplace. Adjacent, the homely dining area with its well-crafted wooden table is the ideal spot for any meals back at the villa, when not out exploring the best restaurants in Dubrovnik on your villa holiday. In a separate kitchen, marble worktops and fresh white cabinets grants you plenty of space to prepare any home cooked meals.

Outside, the beautiful enclosed gardens of Villa Agape, create a tranquil escape and ideal spot for entertaining. Leading out from the main living areas, on one of the villa's lower terraces, you'll find a shaded outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining area. This gorgeous space feels entwined with the gardens, thanks to the colourful flowered canopy above, while stunning stonework continues the classic feel of the property. It's the perfect spot for long lunchtimes before an afternoon exploring.

During your long days enjoying the summer sun, Villa Agape's pool terrace is the place to be. The serene setting allows you to take a gentle swim or lazy afternoon of relaxation on one of the many pool loungers. Parasols offer inviting shade while the pool's fountain feature, offers a refreshing shower for those wanting to cool off completely. Toward the bottom of Villa Agape's garden, there is a hidden gem, of a small outhouse spa area which includes a private sauna and gym, offering views into the grounds as you work out. Back inside, there's also the villa's original wine cellar, should you wish to request a private wine tasting to be organised for you.

At Villa Agape, four double bedrooms provide space for a total capacity of 8 guests. Each bedroom is uniquely designed, with a mix of opulent and elegant furnishings. The top floor is entirely dedicated to one bedroom, with a balcony that offers an unmissable view of Dubrovnik and the surrounding coastline. A cosy double bedroom located on the ground floor has a separate shower room, whilst the other three bedrooms are especially spacious and completed by private en-suite facilities with a pristine marble finish.

For convenience, Villa Agape also has air conditioning and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with regular housekeeping.

Location

Perched just outside the walls of Dubrovnik's Old Town, Villa Agape has an incredible location with great access to all that the esteemed city of Dubrovnik has to offer. Gorgeous views of the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Adriatic Sea can be enjoyed from the villa, which is just 4 minutes walk from the entrance to the Old Town. Fort Lovrijenac, the inspiration for Game of Thrones' Red Keep, is just 6-minutes walk from the villa.

Villa Agape not only provides easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and historic medieval landmarks, but is also less than 15 minutes walk to Dubrovnik's most well-known beach, Plaza Banje. The beach offers water sports activities, restaurants, and a beachfront lounge bar.

In addition to the Old Town, there are plenty more restaurants, bars, and shops throughout Dubrovnik. You will also find ferry and boat charters to explore some of Croatia's Islands, and the city's scenic Velika and Mala Petka Forest Park, 3km from the villa.
