Found in the quiet village of Orašac outside Dubrovnik, and featuring some great facilities and amazing views, this is a lovely option for your next luxury villas holiday to Croatia.

The spacious living area of Villa Green Horizon has a graceful style, decorated with subtle off-white furnishings and interiors. An elegant L-shaped sofa forms the main lounge, which sits in an open-plan space along with the dining area and kitchen. Sliding glass doors frame picture perfect views of the Adriatic Sea and Elaphiti Islands, an idyllic backdrop whether you are unwinding on the comfort of the sofas or enjoying home cooked meals around the dining table, which can seat up to 10 people. A well-equipped kitchen occupies the corner of this room, complete with a small breakfast bar.

Step out onto the villa's terrace, and you'll be amazed by the gorgeous panoramic sea views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The terrace features a lengthy swimming pool for you to cool off from the summer heat, along with pool loungers positioned towards the breathtaking vista and parasols for some much-needed shade. The terrace is where you'll spend much of your time, a heavenly relaxation space to help you fully unwind. Tucked away along the side of the villa is an alfresco dining area, where you will also find a BBQ on hand for relaxed lunchtime meals.

Inside the basement level of Villa Green Horizon, you will find a great assortment of additional facilities to occupy and entertain your time here. A wellness room features a central Jacuzzi, some gym equipment, a sensory shower, and a snug sauna cabinet; a fantastic area to unwind when the weather might not be on your side. The basement also houses some entertainment features, with table tennis, table football, and a games console sure to delight all ages.

Villa Green Horizon houses four double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, providing space for up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms on the top floor share a balcony, showcasing the magnificent views that are one of the villa's main highlights, with a fourth opening out onto the pool terrace on the floor below. The rooms all have an identical style, with a clean aesthetic that includes vibrant pops of colour. Walk-in showers can be found in all the shower rooms.

The villa has air conditioning, private parking, and laundry facilities. An additional annexe studio can accommodate 2 further guests, on request.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with regular housekeeping. Up to 2 additional guests can be accommodated, please enquire.

Location

Villa Green Horizon is a luxury villa in Croatia along the Dalmatian Coast, situated in the village of Orašac a short drive up the coast from Dubrovnik.

Orašac is a peaceful, picturesque village, where you will find a small selection of local restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, which can be easily reached in a 10-minute walk. Further down the coast, around a 20-minute drive away, is the renowned city of Dubrovnik. Here you will find a much wider array of restaurants, lively bars, and shopping opportunities. The city is also famous for many historic landmarks and cultural highlights, with the Old Town a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The nearest beach, a peaceful spot called Orašac Beach, is a few minutes drive from the villa. There are a few more beaches to be found, as well as some natural attractions, around the port town of Zaton, 6-minutes away by car.

Dubrovnik Airport is the nearest airport to the villa, situated around 40 minutes drive away.
