The two villas of the Elena & Frida Residence cover a grand 780m² of interior space, equally spread between the two properties. They feature modern, open-plan living spaces, where you'll find the lounge, dining and kitchen areas of each villa. Sharply designed and luxuriously finished, the villa interiors have contrasting light and dark tones, feeling stylish and spacious. These convivial common spaces also feature sliding glass doors which showcase impressive uninterrupted views of the Adriatic Sea, a beautiful backdrop whether you're enjoying a pleasant moment of relaxation in the lounge, or fixing up home cooked meals in the smart modern kitchen-dining spaces.

Both villas of the Elena & Frida Residence also provide rejuvenating saunas, while Villa Frida enjoys the luxury of an indoor hot tub to help you achieve total serenity on your summer vacation.

There are four double bedrooms apiece to the villas of the Elena & Frida Residence, with an additional double/twin room in Villa Elena bringing the capacity of the property to 18 guests. These bedrooms are cosy and welcoming, with simple and elegant furnishings. Each bedroom has the benefit of a luxurious en-suite shower room, with beautiful sea views to wake up to being a feature of all of them.

The Elena & Frida Residence has private parking, air conditioning throughout, and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 18 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

The Elena & Frida Residence are a pair of luxury villas in Croatia, occupying a peaceful location along the Dalmatian Coast, providing fabulous views of the crystal waters of the Adriatic Sea.

The villa residence is situated between the charming village of Orašac, famous for its olive groves, and the port town of Zaton. The property is 5 minutes drive from either of these towns, where you will find the nearest restaurants, and beaches of Orašac, Potok, and Zaton.

The Elena & Frida Residence is also a short drive from the renowned coastal city of Dubrovnik. A 16-minute drive will get you to Dubrovnik, with plenty of shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars, and cultural highlights, including the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Old Town. Day boat charters can help you explore the nearby Elaphiti Islands, which can be seen from your luxury villa.

Dubrovnik Airport is roughly 40-45 minutes drive from the villas.
