Villa Amari Monte is set over 3 levels and 251m² of interior space, with the middle floor housing its stylish main living space. The open-plan room features a corner lounge area with a comfortable designer sofa and chairs, freely flowing into the modern dining and kitchen space. The dining table can seat up to 12 people, with further seating found along the kitchen island, which sits in front of the fully fitted kitchen. One wall of this floor is fully taken up by windows, which slide away entirely to open you out to a balcony outside. Not only providing natural light and a fresh sea breeze, this glass aspect also showcases stunning views out to sea and some of Croatia's nearby islands.

Nestled amongst the bustling city of Dubrovnik, you would not expect Villa Amari Monte to provide such a generous outdoor area. In a smart use of space, the villa features a 59m² open air rooftop terrace, where you will find a luxuriant swimming pool, alfresco dining area and BBQ, and fabulous views across Dubrovnik and the glorious coast. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the swimming pool, or sunbathe on one of several loungers which are positioned towards the sparkling blue sea. With the BBQ set-up, there's no place better for a late brunch, dining under the heat of the Mediterranean sun.

Spread between the ground and top floor levels of Villa Amari Monte, there are 6 double bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests total. These suites have a minimalist, modern design, with all of them providing direct access to either a balcony or terrace area, offering a splendid, picturesque sea view to greet the start of your day each morning. Two rooms can be configured with twin beds for greater flexibility, while every bedroom is completed by an en-suite shower room.

Location

Villa Amari Monte has a prime central location in the city of Dubrovnik, with wonderful views across the iconic city and out to the Adriatic Sea.

Situated in the heart of the city centre, you are within easy walking distance of any number of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. Dubrovnik is also renowned for its cultural and historical attractions, with the incredible Old Town situated 3km across the city. Famed for being the inspiration for King's Landing in Game of Thrones, the Old Town is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

About 7-minutes walk from the villa is Bellevue Beach, a cosy cove beach where you can swim and relax. The Velika and Mala Petka Forest Park in Dubrovnik (10-minutes away by car) is a wonderful place for a peaceful walk in nature. Additionally, Dubrovnik is a port city, and makes for a great location for boat charters and ferries to some of Croatia's islands that can be found just off the coast of this city.

The airport is located outside the city, with it taking around a 25-minute drive from Villa Amari Monte.
