A gorgeous, contemporary villa with panoramic views across the south coast of Ibiza, Casa del Art is a luxurious holiday rental for up to 12 guests. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the stunning vista, while the outdoor pool and terrace is the perfect place to relax during the day, and entertain as the sun sets over the horizon. As stylish as it's name suggests, Casa del Art is a fantastic luxury villa in Ibiza for a chic summer holiday on the White Isle.

You enter the main part of Casa del Art through a courtyard with a Koi pond. Stepping into the villa you will immediately enjoy the breath-taking views of the southern coast of Ibiza.

Main House

The living area is very spacious, enjoying large windows that give access to the wonderful main terrace.

The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining, very well equipped with a modern finish. From the kitchen you can access the outside dining area for up to 14 people that looks out onto the amazing scenery.

The bedrooms are located on floors below the main level. The medium level is accessed via an external staircase where there are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, one also including a walk in closet.

On the lower level is an independent apartment with a living room, kitchenette and lovely double bedroom with a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom all accessed via an external staircase.

Outside Area

The outdoor areas at Casa del Art are unique. Set in 40,000 m2 of land, this villa is set in its own little world. The panoramic swimming pool of 12 x 4m is surrounded by large terraces and big areas to relax in.

The outdoor dining area is covered, making it perfect for those long summer lunches while enjoying the spectacular views.

The villa boasts a lovely garden with areas to chill out in both in the day and in the evening with the garden being illuminated at night.

This contemporary villa looks out on to stunning scenery. With panoramic views of the south coast of Ibiza, the villa enjoys total privacy whilst being approximately 10 minutes drive from the centre of Ibiza Town.

The 600m2 of modern design living spaces have been designed to provide comfort and style while enjoying the stunning views from the house.

Just a 10-minute drive from the villa are the famous beaches of Cala Jondal, Salinas and Es Cavallet.
