Villa Sunset Paradise is a luxury modern villa found in the south-west corner of Ibiza, perfect for enjoying a quiet base yet within easy reach of some of the island's most popular areas. As the name suggests, the property sits in an idyllic setting for enjoying the island's legendary sunsets, with sweeping vistas extending to Conejera Island and beyond! The villa has 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 and offers beautiful outside spaces and a salt-water pool, perfect for families.

As you step inside Villa Sunset Paradise, you'll find a sleek, simplistic finish that provides a welcome coastal elegance to the property. Cool cottons and bleached woods create an inviting ambiance, perfect for taking a break from the sun on the comfortable sofas. A small dining area, adjacent to the generous kitchen, offers a casual place to enjoy light meals. However, the main dining area of the villa is found outdoors under an impressive pergola, allowing you to enjoy shady meals looking out across the bay and azure waters. For those with a fondness for cooking, the property boasts an outdoor barbecue where gastronomic feasts come to life, infusing the air with tempting aromas.

Leading on from the outside dining area, you will find the impressive pool deck. Here, the 10m x 4.5m saltwater swimming pool invites guests to unwind in style and enjoy refreshing dips. There are also ample poolside loungers and shaded four-poster beds offering perfect spots for soaking up the sun or indulging in a siesta. Incredible scenery can be enjoyed from every vantage point, with a mesmerizing view of the sun as it descends into the azure sea.

To the back of the villa, you'll find a tiered garden that makes the most of a serene, green landscape. Sun loungers, a garden picnic table and lazy day bed mean you can relax here and enjoy a more tranquil setting. It is also the perfect spot to keep an eye on the little ones who may be playing in the lower garden where a climbing frame, treehouse, trampoline, and swings can keep them entertained for hours. The villa also has a roof terrace, and, back indoors, private gym facilities for those keeping up with their daily workouts.

Villa Sunset Paradise can accommodate up to 12 guests across six beautifully decorated bedrooms. All rooms offer a sanctuary of serenity, each boasting stunning views of the surrounding hillsides and the sparkling sea. Most of them feature private terraces, providing an intimate space to savour the tranquillity of the island. In the master suite, a sunken Jacuzzi bath offers a luxurious retreat with unparalleled views, promising moments of pure bliss. The master bedroom also benefits from a private garden with outdoor shower and independent access from the rest of the property.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own alarm system, gates and private parking.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with housekeeping (4 x hours daily, Monday to Friday).

Location

Villa Sunset Paradise serves as the perfect base for exploring the wonders of Ibiza's southwest. From its elevated vantage point, guests can admire the gentle sway of boats in the harbour of Cala Tarida, just a short 8 minutes drive away. At Cala Tarida enjoy a long and sheltered strip of sandy beach with shallow waters as well as the renowned Cotton Beach club and restaurant. In this corner of the island, you can also visit the beaches of Cala d'Hort and Cala Vedella.

The hillside village of San José with its local shops, bars, and restaurants is just 4.6 km away and takes around 7 minutes by car. Alternatively, the lively resort of San Antonio is 20 minutes away from the villa for a wider choice of amenities as well as legendary sunset cafés, clubs and nightlife and a whole host of water activities.

Ibiza Town and Airport can also be reached within a 20 minutes drive. A rental car is recommended to make the most of the island.
