Organised over two levels, the property can sleep up to 14 people across 7 bedrooms, making it ideal for a large group of friends or family looking to spend their luxury summer holiday in Paros. Featuring uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and its surrounding, this villa benefits from a private position while still being in proximity to the main attractions of the island.

Upon entering Villa Caper, guests will be welcomed into a bright living area showcasing a modern and minimalistic design and enhanced by contemporary fixtures and modern amenities. Take a break from the sun in the comfortable seating area, where a large sofa is perfectly positioned for socialising together. Adjacent, an informal dining space and a fully-equipped modern kitchen will provide you with everything you may need to prepare and enjoy homemade meals.

Villa Caper's living area flows seamlessly outside, where guests can enjoy an impressive entertaining area split on two levels. The first level offers a large terrace and alfresco lounge area with firepit, just perfect for evening entertainment. Adjacent, the shallow pool is ideal for relaxing in the refreshing waters with a drink or book, or a safe place to play with little children. To the very end of the terrace, you'll find the outdoor dining area, protected from the sun by a pergola and offering ample space for a large group to come together for meals or a classic Greek BBQ.

For ultimate family entertainment, Villa Caper has a couple of stand out features, the first being the appealing infinity pool on the lower terrace which looks out to the olive groves and Aegean Sea in the background. This is surrounded by pool loungers and parasols to allow you to relax and enjoy the stunning setting. The second special feature of Villa Caper is its private, floodlit, tennis court, where a spot of friendly competition can take place.

Villa Caper can accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 well-designed en-suite bedrooms situated in the main house. Each room offers contemporary fixtures and modern touches alike of the rest of the property, guaranteeing a serene night of sleep. The master bedroom benefits from direct access onto the pool terrace, while the remaining three double bedrooms can be found on the lower level. Two of those bedrooms are organised as twin. Villa Caper also features three independent guests suites, sleeping a total of 6 guests, perfect for extended family or friends looking for more privacy. These three double en-suite bedrooms share the same modern and minimalistic style of the main property, and favours of separate access.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system and private parking.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 14 guests and is offered on a bed & breakfast basis with daily housekeeping.

Please note, due to the access of the property, 4 x Wheel Drive vehicles are recommended.
