Villa Ametista displays a traditional style with a complimentary blend of more modern and contemporary furnishings. In the main lounge, classic shutter-windows offer views to two sides and plenty of natural light. An exposed wooden ceiling and whitewashed walls give the space a wonderful Greek feel, while a large sofa gives ample space to relax. A natural flow then leads you through to a beautiful family style kitchen with solid bespoke dining table and a raised breakfast bar, separating the modern kitchen. The room is surrounded by French doors, leading out onto the terrace.

To one side of the main terrace you'll find a generous pergola space, offering an outdoor kitchen, stylish dining space and relaxed seating area. Modern electric shutters allow you to create as much shade as needed, so you can enjoy this space throughout the day while appreciating beautiful sea views. To the other side of the terrace, connecting the villa's lounge and guest house, you'll find a semi-open living area with large sofas and coffee table, a perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a moment of calm.

Villa Ametista can accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms within the main house, showcasing a sophisticated yet homely design. The master bedroom has an exclusive feel, taking the whole upper level for itself. This gives the master suite the best sea views, both from the suite and roof terrace and also extra privacy. Guests will find two further double bedrooms on the ground floor, benefiting from direct access onto the pool terrace, and a further three bedrooms located on the lower floor, including an additional TV area. The property also features an independent Guest House, sleeping up to 4 guests across a double & a twin bedroom, and a shared living area.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system and private parking.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

Location

Located on the south-east side of Paros Island, Villa Ametista overlooks the mesmerizing Lolantonis Beach, being just 3 minutes walk (250m) from its shores. While approximately 12–14 minutes drive away, guests will also be able to reach the popular Golden Beach, perfect for water sports enthusiasts, and the Farangas Beach, a true coastal escape.

The property is also strategically situated with easy access to key towns on the island. Around 15 minutes drive away, the charming seaside village of Aliki invites you to explore its idyllic streets, savour waterfront dining, and immerse yourself in the local culture. The capital of the island, Paros Town, is around half hour drive from the villa.

Guests will be able to reach Paros Airport within a 20 minute drive from Villa Ametista.
