Made up of three luxury villas in Paros, and sleeping up to 28 guests across 14 bedrooms, the estate is perfectly suited to larger groups of extended family and friends seeking an escape that combines contemporary architecture, exceptional privacy and sweeping panoramic views.

The interiors of Mosman Estate showcase a modern and minimalist aesthetic, designed by a renowned local architectural studio and carefully built to coincide with the natural landscape. Large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors whilst maintaining a constant connection with the surrounding scenery. Spacious living areas feature contemporary furnishings and high quality finishes, creating elegant and comfortable spaces for relaxing and socialising. High ceilings and whitewashed walls also feature, adding to the light and airy ambience and further exuding a sense of space for guests to entertain.

Outdoor living is a true highlight at Mosman Estate. Each of the three villas take advantage of their own private infinity swimming pool, measuring 18m, 16m and 13m, as well as pool loungers, parasols and a shaded outdoor dining terrace that's perfect for alfresco meals. From these elevated terraces guests are invited to fully switch off from the stresses of everyday life with panoramic views stretching across the countryside towards the distant Aegean Sea, creating a beautiful setting for long summer afternoons and sunset gatherings spent together.

For those looking to continue regular routines, the estate also includes two small fitness rooms with treadmills and multi exercise equipment.

Mosman Estate accommodates guests across beautifully appointed bedrooms distributed between the three villas, making it an ideal choice for large groups travelling together whilst still allowing privacy between the individual houses. In total, there are 14 bedrooms to accommodate for up to 28 guests. Each bedroom features contemporary furnishings, modern amenities and sweeping views across the surrounding landscape. In addition, some also benefit from sea views and access to outdoor terraces specifically. For further flexibility, up to six doubles can be configured as twin bed set-ups to best accommodate to your group's requirements.

For added convenience, Mosman Estate is equipped with air conditioning throughout, private parking and security features, such as an alarm system. For ultimate luxury, there's even a private helipad for those arriving by air.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 28 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with a twice-weekly maid service.

Location

The Mosman Estate sits in a privileged position in southern Paros, enjoying a peaceful location just outside the charming fishing village of Aliki and in view of the Aegean Sea's beautiful blue waters. Perched on the hillside, its tranquil, elevated location offers excellent privacy and panoramic views while still being within easy reach of Paros' most notable highlights.

From Mosman Estate, guests are less than a 10-minute drive from Aliki and the shores of Piso Aliki Beach, exhibiting idyllic streets, waterfront dining, and the opportunity to immerse yourself in the island's local culture. The island's capital, Parikia, takes approximately 20 minutes by car, with a number of beautiful beaches found along the western coast en route. Parikia is home to the island's main ferry port and historic old town, featuring charming alleyways, cafés and connections to neighbouring Cycladic islands.

Paros Airport is reached in less than a 10-minute drive from the property, ensuring quick access for arrivals and departures.

Their expert concierge team will be available before your trip to make sure everything is set for your arrival, as well as during the whole stay in Mosman Estate.
