Indoors, this elegant property is characterised by a modern décor with a warm colour palette and creative architecture and is organised over two levels. The main living level features an open layout with comfortable lounge space, sleek dining area and modern kitchen, all of which is front facing towards the large terrace and incredible sea view beyond. Covered terraces, continue the living spaces with relaxed seating areas and an outdoor lounge and dining area.

From every angle of Villa Phantom, you will be able to admire the breathtaking background. Views stretch down the coastline, looking over the Agios Ioannis peninsula with many iconic white villa houses, whilst all around you sea meets sky on this beautiful horizon. Lounge your days away on this wonderfully private terrace and make the most of the large infinity pool that completes the terrace, providing the ultimate entertaining space. Plenty of sunbeds, loungers and cosy seating is available.

For those wishing to keep up with their workout regime whilst on holiday in Mykonos, a fitness room is also provided.

Within Villa Phantom, there are 6 elegant and generous bedrooms, mirroring the style and comfort of the main house. For anyone looking for a villa with a wow-factor master bedroom, Villa Phantom is the perfect choice. The master suite is vast in private space, benefiting its own terrace with a 5m infinity pool, completely separate to the rest of the villa. Imagine waking up to Mykonos' panoramic landscape, and taking a refreshing swim in your own personal oasis!

There is a second master bedroom in the main house and is equally of decent size with a terrace and en-suite. The last 4 bedrooms all sit on the lower level of the property, each accessed from the terrace and featuring an en-suite with both bathtub and shower.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system and private parking.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping (6 hours).

Villa Phantom can also be taken on a luxury fully staffed basis, at extra cost. This will include the services of a private chef for daily breakfast, lunch OR dinner, waiter, bartender, private driver, villa security, and 1x arrival/departure transfer to the airport/port. Food and drinks charged in addition.

Location

Located in the exclusive Agios Ioannis area, Villa Phantom is an elegant luxury Greek villa just a short drive away from some of the best beaches and the cosmopolitan area of Mykonos. You'll have easy access to all the island has to offer from Villa Phantom.

The town of Ornos, marina and beach is only 5 minutes drive away. Here, you will find local shops and some of the best bars and restaurants of Mykonos, including the popular Buddha Bar. The popular local area of 'Little Venice' is also 12 minutes by car, whilst party lovers will be able to take advantage of the driver service and reach the popular Beach Clubs of Cavo Paradiso, Tropicana Beach Club and Super Paradise within 20 minutes.

Facing Delos Island, the beach of Agios Ioannis, is the closest, only 3 minutes drive away. Alternatively, Psarou Beach is just 11 minutes by car. Other popular beach spots can be reached in 10–20 minutes.

Mykonos International Airport and Mykonos Town are only 13 minutes away from the property.

Their expert concierge team will be available before your trip to make sure everything is set for your arrival, as well as during the whole stay in Villa Phantom.
