In the main house, spacious, open-plan living awaits for moments spent inside. A whitewashed interior allows for natural light to fill the space with ease, breathing life into the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Aegean coast, in which the distant blue and nearby blossom and wooden accents found on the terrace provide colour to the otherwise minimalistic design. The large windows open onto an expansive terrace for a smooth transition of indoor and outdoor living, whilst a reading lounge offers the opportunity to escape. For those hosting larger events with staff, a professional chef's kitchen is available for preparations in privacy.

Leading from the main living space lies Villa Karen's wondrous terrace, perfect for moments spent soaking in the Aegean views ahead. The pièce de résistance is the villa's 22m lake-shaped infinity pool, complete with a floating central bar, hydro-massage jets, and an adjoining six-person hot tub. Surrounding loungers and seating areas present plenty of opportunity for moments outside of the pool, best enjoyed with a refreshing drink from the pool bar. In the evening, and for mealtimes throughout the day, a variety of alfresco dining spots and outdoor BBQs await for celebrations as a whole group.

The property's secondary Stone House sits aside from the main house, amongst sweeping landscaped gardens and greenery. Inside the Stone House is a private wellness sanctuary, featuring an infrared sauna, steam room, and massage table, as well as gym facilities that lie in view of the sea horizon. For a complete spa session, two heated plunge pools and hot tubs await on the Stone House's outdoor terrace for ultimate relaxation after days of island exploration. At the end of the garden, a pergola is perfectly poised as an open-air yoga setting, ideal for hosting a villa yoga retreat, whilst the surrounding grounds can seat up to 700 guests, making the property perfect for landmark celebrations.

Villa Karen can accommodate 28 guests across 14 bedrooms. The bedrooms are split between the main villa, a second building (Stone House), and separate apartments. The bedrooms fall in line with the design of the villa, with large windows flooding white-washed interiors with natural light. For additional luxury, the majority of rooms take advantage of sea views, whether from the room itself or via adjoining balcony, terrace, and garden spaces. The Honeymoon Suite benefits from its own hot tub.

For additional convenience, air conditioning is available throughout the villa, while private parking and security are also available. Villa Karen additionally features its own private mini chapel and helicopter landing space within the property's grounds.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 28 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis to include daily breakfasts, daily housekeeping and 24/7 security services.
