As you step inside the property, the interiors display a contemporary Moroccan charm, with a stunning array of souk finds, including Berber benches, intricately carved wooden doors, antique pots, and luxurious Beni Ourain rugs. The open-plan living area, featuring comfortable sofas and an open fire, will impress you with its standout domed ceiling adorned with bespoke Moroccan bauble lights, creating a cosy ambiance for indoor relaxation.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Azzaytouna have been perfectly designed with entertainment and relaxation in mind. To one side, the dining terrace, overlooking the pool, provides a picturesque backdrop for intimate alfresco meals. To the other side, the large sunken Berber tent creates an ideal setting for evening drinks and social gatherings with family and friends. For moments of tranquillity, lose yourself among the villa's extensive gardens adorned with lavender, orange blossom, bougainvillea, and olive trees. Villa Azzaytouna can sleep up to 6 guests across 3 double bedrooms, all complete of en-suite facilities. Each of the three bedrooms offers a private terrace and an open fire, ensuring a private and comfortable retreat for guests. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with private plunge pools, which are beautifully illuminated at night, and large daybeds on the terrace, perfect for unwinding in a tranquil setting. Each room provides a carefully considered collection of furnishings creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, seamlessly blending traditional Moroccan aesthetics with modern luxury.

For the ultimate way to relax, guests staying at Villa Azzaytouna will have access to a spa area shared with the neighbouring Villa Alkhozama. For larger groups or special occasions, the Ezzahra Estate can be rented as a whole to accommodate up to 29 guests within Villa Ezzahra, Villa Alkhozama, Villa Azzytouna and Villa Azeer.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 6 guests. The villa is offered with full staff services including a professional chef with full board catering included (daily breakfast, lunch & dinner), manager, butler, housekeeping, beauty therapists, unlimited spa treatments and 1 x 4 hour guided tour. Alcoholic drinks and extra catering requests, charged in addition.
