Villa Basil is part of a complex consisted of three independent holiday villas overlooking the Ionion Sea (Villa Basil, Villa Mint & Villa Rosemary). The location of this complex is privileged as it is situated in a secluded setting and has its own private beach. The property is within easy reach from the busy resorts Vasiliki and Nidri, as well as one of Greece’s most picturesque and famous beaches, Porto Katsiki bay. These 5 bedrooms Villas are an architectural gem of the area, combining the respect for heritage with innovative modern style. The main living room area grants access to the infinity swimming pool, while every room has been designed in such a way, so that it offers ample sunlight and different views of the outdoors.
Rich in natural beauty and home entertainment, these luxury villas provide an ideal destination all year round. The amenities of the house include a fully equipped play room and media room, billiards, stereo speakers in all living rooms and outdoor areas. The outdoor facilities include open sky lounge and dining areas, while the private dock (pontoon) of the complex allows mooring place for your boat. All outdoor areas provide direct views to the sea for the guest to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, dining or taking in the spectacular Ionian Sea.
Price is based on 7 nights’ accommodation with exclusive occupancy of the villa for up to 10 guests. Flexibility in arrival and departure days, please enquire.
