Villa Ocean Paradise is a high-class property, located in one of Ibiza's most desirable corners, Es Cubells. Built directly into the cliffside, this imposing position provides discretion, privacy and far-reaching sea views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. With 6 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and is equipped with an elite collection of facilities as well as a private jetty and direct beach access, perfect for an upscale holiday to Ibiza.

Villa Ocean Paradise is an impressive construction, seamlessly built into the natural surroundings, giving little away of what stunning spaces it holds within. To the front, overlooking the water, large glass sliding doors and huge terraces make the most of the captivating ocean vistas. Inside, sleek contemporary interiors provide a luxurious space in which to come together. An open-plan living area, finished with sophistication, provides a formal dining area for up to 14 guests, an inviting lounge with sumptuous sofas and a home cinema plus a winter fireplace. Adjacent, a guest kitchen, offers an ideal space for light mealtime preparations and even hides an integrated casino table. A separate private professional kitchen enables the chef to work with complete discretion.

At Villa Ocean Paradise, the outdoor spaces have been carefully designed to fully take advantage of the sea views and location. There are multiple terraces to discover with plenty of spaces for relaxing and socialising. Leading out from the main villa's living space, a large covered terrace provides an alfresco dining area for 18, with beautiful sea views. Following the deck around the perimeter there are various chill-out spots including a sunken lounge and firepit, sun terrace with day beds and a veranda with swing seats. At the top of the property, the last deck beholds the stunning pool area, where the sparkling azure waters mirror the surroundings of the Mediterranean. Enjoy long days soaking up the sun as you swim, before settling into the sunken bench, facing westwards for the most dramatic sunsets.

Villa Ocean Paradise provides a winding path directly down to the shores of Ses Bouques beach and a private boat jetty, giving you full access to enjoy the coastline. As you wander down, you will find a rustic shelter and an additional dining area (seating 16), complete with a pizza oven and barbecue, perfect for hosting unforgettable gatherings under the Mediterranean sky. Villa Ocean Paradise has it all. Inside, incredible facilities include a well-equipped games room, massage treatment room, sauna, and gym area, and you will also have the use of a fleet of vehicles and the villa's private boat.

Villa Ocean Paradise can sleep up to 12 guests across six beautifully decorated bedrooms, all complete of their own en-suite facilities. Split across different areas of the villa, the rooms each offer a calming space and extravagant finish. On the lower terrace, the grand master suite, features its own external access and an en-suite bathroom with standalone bath, walk-in shower and steam room. The remaining five double bedrooms are split between the pool and side terrace. Both bedroom 4 & 5 have a private entrance, and can be connected to create a family suite, if required.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system, private parking and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 12 guests, to include full staff services (house manager, chef, service staff and housekeeping) as well as complimentary private airport transfers on arrival/departure, guest use of a vehicle fleet, and one boat charter with skipper (only applicable for min. 7 night stays). Food, drinks, and fuel costs are not included and are charged as extra.

Please Note: a minimum €4,000 cash float is required on day one. A daily update is provided and float to be topped up when required to cover food, drink and fuel costs.

Villa Ocean Paradise is a dramatic cliff house, perched on the south coast of Ibiza in the sought-after Es Cubells. With only sea views before you, direct access to the secluded Ses Bouques beach and a private boat jetty, it is the perfect villa for ocean lovers.

Explore the legendary south coast by boat, easily reaching the pretty coves of Es Cubells, turquoise waters of Cala Jondal and peaceful sands of Es Torrent. This corner of the island is renowned for having some of the most exclusive beach clubs and best restaurants of Ibiza, allowing you to visit them with ease. By road, all of Ibiza's best addresses are a short drive away.

The villa is private and discreet, yet the vibrant pulse of Ibiza Town is just half an hour by car from the villa. Ibiza Airport is also a 25-minutes drive from the villa.

As a team of industry experts, they understand every holiday is different. Therefore, they offer a personalised service to help you with making any extra arrangements you may need. They have both a guest experience and concierge team to tailor your holiday according to your preferences and help you with local information prior to your departure.

This villa is offered with fully staffed with the services of a villa manager, private chef (10hrs/day) and waiting team (8hrs/day). With food and drinks charged separately (extra cost), you can design a menu or catering plan to suit your exact needs and desires. Included within the package, guests also have complimentary airport transfers (first and last day), as well as the guest use of 2 x Mercedes 8 seater vans, 2 x Spyders and Jaguar F type vehicle (Personal excess €2,500. Driver's must be guests only and 26yrs+). A minimum €4,000 cash float is required in advance (for groceries and fuel). The essentials are also provided for you, including beds made on arrival, housekeeping (8hrs/day), utilities and ground maintenance. Should you be needing a driver service, they have vehicles and drivers on call at €20 per hour and this can be arranged directly with the in-house villa manager.

For the ultimate experience, for stays of 7 days or greater, one day of boating is included for up to 8 guests (skipper included, fuel excluded).
