This unique property has infused contemporary style into this very spacious 1960's villa. Built for the comfort of its guests, Villa Sabioncello personifies the casual and natural lifestyle of the Adriatic coast. Its terraces, architecture and progressive-beach style offer guests a relaxed and truly Croatian holiday experience. The spacious interiors, spectacular island views, outdoor living style and rare pebbly beach make this the perfect house for entertaining or enjoying friends and family for an extended holiday.
Facing south/south east, the morning light off the Adriatic and the beautiful sunsets inspire romance. The pool terrace overlooks the water and is surrounded by pretty natural gardens. There is a large covered stone BBQ and picnic table on the pool terrace.
The villa is built in a U shape with central living area and terraces facing the pool and the sea. The 2 wings each have 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
Villa Sabioncello is located in one of the largest wine growing areas of Croatia – the Pelješac peninsula. Just north of Dubrovnik, Pelješac is the Napa Valley of Croatia, distinguished by its quality wines, local fresh oysters and mussels, historical architecture and beautiful landscape.
Price is based on seven nights accommodation with exclusive occupancy of villa for up to 16 guests.
Location
Villa Sabioncello is located in one of the largest wine growing areas of Croatia – the Pelješac peninsula. Just north of Dubrovnik, Pelješac is the Napa Valley of Croatia, distinguished by its quality wines, local fresh oysters and mussels, historical architecture and beautiful landscape. Located on the sea, 10 minutes walk to Orebic and 100km from Dubrovnik airport.
Sabioncello Estate Layout
There are 8 bedrooms consisting of 5 doubles and 3 twin rooms. There are 9 bathrooms in total, 6 being en suites. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV, mini-bar and air conditioning. The Estate has two wings - a left and right.
Left wing which has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Two connected bedrooms - sleeps 4)
- Queen size bed in bedroom 1, Two separate beds in bedroom 2, bathroom, TV, and mini bar
