Villa Calme in Antiparos is a striking six-bedroom luxury villa with a swimming pool and sea views, set within an expansive 17,000m² landscape and offering complete seclusion whilst being just a short drive from the main town. Designed for up to 12 guests, Villa Calme blends traditional Greek architecture with a refined, bohemian style, creating a serene and effortlessly luxurious setting for families or groups of friends.

The living spaces at Villa Calme are thoughtfully designed to balance openness with comfort. Natural materials, soft tones and elegant finishes run throughout, creating a calm and cohesive aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and relaxed. A fully equipped kitchen sits alongside a bright living room and dining area, organised to create a social atmosphere. The interiors capture the essence of the Cyclades through refined modern decor and a series of panoramic windows and patio doors, highlighting the scenery outside, which creates the perfect backdrop for your Greek escape.

The layout of Villa Calme is particularly well suited to multi-generational families, groups, or those seeking additional privacy. Accommodating 12 guests in total, the villa's six bedrooms are split between the main residence and a series of independent, smaller units with comparable elegance. All rooms adopt a similar stylish design, capturing the heart of this Greek Island, as well as modern en-suite amenities. Some also take advantage of terrace access.

For convenience, Villa Calme also includes air conditioning throughout and a sound system to soundtrack your holiday as you wish.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 12 guests and is offered on a breakfast service with daily housekeeping. Please note, the cost of groceries for breakfast is not included and will be charged in addition.

Location

Villa Calme enjoys a privileged and peaceful setting on the island of Antiparos, offering complete privacy whilst remaining within easy reach of the island's key highlights. Positioned just a 7-minute drive from Antiparos Town, guests can effortlessly explore its charming harbour, boutique shops and relaxed selection of waterfront restaurants and bars.

The nearest beach, Livadia Beach, is located just 1km from Villa Calme, offering crystal-clear waters and a peaceful setting ideal for swimming and sunbathing. A short drive also opens up access to a number of other beautiful beaches across the island, each with its own unique character, from organised beach clubs to more secluded snorkelling coves. For instance, the shores of Glyfa and Panagia lie within respective 5 and 10-minute drives from the property.

Access to Villa Calme is straightforward via Paros Airport, followed by a short transfer and boat crossing to Antiparos. Despite its sense of seclusion, the villa remains well connected, making it an excellent base for exploring both Antiparos and nearby Paros.
