Outdoors, Les Bords du Lac truly comes into its own, with large gardens, expansive terraces, a heated swimming pool and wonderful views of the beach and lake that the property opens out onto. The villa offers up alfresco dining under the shaded pergola of the main house, with outdoor bar and BBQ areas for additional convenience. In addition to comfortable loungers and parasols around the pool, the second house of La Conciergerie hosts a shaded, open-air lounge area, where elaborate furnishings and a beautifully designed mural highlight the very best of the stellar design choices of this charming property. Of course, one can also choose to relax beneath the shade of a pine tree, upon the lush grass of the villa's gardens, where further exploration will take you to a Pétanque field. From a casual game of Pétanque to paddleboarding on the lake or a leisurely bike ride around Hossegar, there is simply no better place than Les Bords du Lac for a relaxing villa holiday, where life can be enjoyed at your own pace.

For ultimate relaxation, La Conciergerie also houses a massage room, ideal for anyone wishing to indulge in some bespoke wellness treatments. Les Bords du Lac contains a total of seven bedrooms, with the capacity to welcome up to 14 guests overall. There are four bedrooms within the main house, three double rooms and a children's dormitory, which is well-equipped with games, toys, and a Lego wall, alongside its 2 single beds and a trundle bed for families with little ones. The other three double bedrooms are situated within La Conciergerie. The bedrooms of this property are all designed in a vivid, aesthetically pleasing manner. While the design follows a consistent motif throughout, each room offers something slightly different, whether it's from the bold colours used to decorate the interiors, or intricately carved wooden surfboard decor. Four of the double bedrooms can also be configured as twin rooms on advance request, fantastic flexibility for any corporate trips or mixed groups of friends.

Guests staying at Les Bords du Lac will have use of a NoSmoke electric micro-car.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 14 guests.

During LOW/MIDDLE SEASON (April, May, June, September & October) the villa is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, including daily housekeeping and use of an electric cart.

During HIGH SEASON (July & August) the villa is offered on a catered basis to include the services of a private chef for six days per week. Food and drinks are charged in addition.

Location

Les Bords du Lac is situated in a fabulous location, on the shorefront of Hossegor's lake, whilst also a short walk from the ocean. The villa is perfect for a laidback, relaxing villa holiday in the South West of France.

The luxury villa opens directly onto the beach "Plage Blanche" of the Lac d'Hossegor, while a 10 minute walk will bring you to the Plage de la Gravière, on the shores of the Bay of Biscay. There are several beachfront restaurants, bars and shops, along with a surf club, along this beach that is less than a 5 minute drive away.

The villa is in a practically perfect location, with restaurants next door, less than a minute from the villa. Further restaurants and bars, along with a wide selection of shops and boutiques, Hossegor's golf course, tennis courts and casino can all be found a 20 minute walk away along the shores of the lake. Utilising the electric car included with the property, this will only take you 5 minutes driving.
