Villa One is found within the majestic and tranquil eco-friendly luxury resort of Soneva Fushi, one of the Maldives's most exclusive resorts. With a legendary reputation, this private villa, found on the farthest eastern point of the island, spans an incredible 1,142m² and features 3 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests or up to 9 on request. Villa One offers stunning wellness facilities, a great beach front location and plenty of entertainment facilities, making it ideal for families and groups of friends alike.

Villa One is a modern style property that harmoniously blends in many natural elements, including its traditional thatched roof and bamboo furnishings. The heart of Villa One is its spacious living area, where the open-plan layout brings the island's beauty inside. Large sofas provide a welcome space for relaxing, while the dining area and kitchen allow you to enjoy social mealtimes together. The design has beautiful coastal influences, which further encourages you to explore the scenic decks outside. Savour exquisite alfresco meals or unwind in the outdoor lounge areas, all while being immersed in the island's tropical ambiance.

Villa One's swimming pool is one of the main highlights, offering you the chance to cool off while enjoying uninterrupted views of the ocean. The pool area is a serene haven, with plenty of loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Maldivian sun. Alternatively, just a few steps away, you can sink your toes into the white sand of the beach and jump into the ocean's azure waters.

There's plenty of opportunity to unwind at Villa One, with two tranquil open-air bathrooms. In the first, a serene massage area under a classic canopy gives you a private space for a relaxing treatment. In both, there is also a steam room, rain showers and sunken bathtub, giving you a full spa experience. Upstairs, you'll also find a yoga meditation area and private gym.

When looking for evening entertainment, upstairs the cosy TV lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy a film night together. Alternatively, take on a family tournament of pool, where a bar area also allows you to watch comfortably with a drink in hand. The upper sun deck also has an inviting swing seat if you just want to relax with a book in hand. While for those who need to work, there is a private study or library.

Villa One can accommodate up to 6 guests across three spacious bedroom, each an oasis of comfort, with plush bedding and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom features direct access to the terrace and pool, as well as the first of the open-air garden bathrooms. Two additional guest bedrooms provide ample space for children or other members of your group, ensuring privacy and comfort for all.

For convenience, the villa is fully air-conditioned and comes with an eco-friendly buggy and bikes allowing you to explore the Soneva Fushi Resort at your leisure.

While staying at the Villa One, guests can make full use of the Soneva Fushi facilities, including a variety of restaurants with a wealth of cuisine options and serving both relaxed and gourmet options. There's also a spa and sports centre, tennis courts, kid's playground and huge itinerary and activity program to choose from.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 6 adults. The villa is offered with a villa manager and attendant, private chef (on call), complimentary daily breakfast buffet at restaurants 'Down to Earth' or 'So Cold' and full use of the resort facilities, spa and concierge service. Up to 3 extra children or 3 adults can be accommodated at an additional cost, please enquire.

The villa is also available fully catered (with half-board), to include a daily buffet breakfast, dinner service at 'Mihiree Mithaa', 'Down to Earth', 'Fresh in the Garden', 'Out of the Blue' and 'Shades of Green' or credit for any other resort outlet ($250 per adult/ $125 per child). All drinks are charged as extra. Consumption exceeding the credit limit is charged as a supplement.

A Full board catering (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) package is also available as an upgrade.

Alternatively, select the 'Soneva Unlimited package', which includes unlimited dining at the bars, restaurants & In-villa dining options, complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks (excluding wine upgrades), unlimited activities from the 'experiences menu' and spa treatments. Some exclusions will apply.

Short stays and flexible arrival dates are possible. Minimum stays and compulsory gala dinner supplements (Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve) will apply for peak periods.

Soneva Fushi, is a luxury resort found on the private island of Kunfunadhoo in the Baa Atoll of the Maldives. Villa One is positioned on the very peninsula of the eastern part of Soneva Fushi resort, offering spectacular sunrise views and an enviable beach front position. During your stay, you will have free roam of the island and the resort. This particular villa offers both seclusion and easy access to resort amenities, just a short walk from the resort centre or jungle gym and zipline trail.

Leaving Soneva Fushi, there is plenty to explore within the Baa Atolll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Discover the local marine life with snorkelling or scuba diving in the renowned Hanifaru Bay, or sail the oceans to one of the uninhabited islands for a private picnic experience. While staying at Soneva Fushi you will be able to book the 'Baa Atoll Discovery', a 3-day trip, to make sure to take full advantage of what the atoll has to offer!
