With a total plot area of 7,500m² this large luxury villa in Italy offers ample space for up to 8 guests over four bedrooms. With an inviting infinity swimming pool and an impressive wellness area, Villa Gaia ensures a serene escape for families and group of friends alike.

Villa Gaia has a stylish, modern feel to its interiors. The main lounge area is centred around a chic fireplace with a long corner sofa that is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning views through two large patio doors. Resting by a grand piano, under an artistic light fixture, is the dinner table where delicious meals will bring you together and keep you telling tales long into the evening. A wall of windows looks out on the Itria Valley from the dinner table, providing a stream of natural light and a stunning view to go with your meals. This sits adjacent to the modern fully-equipped kitchen, featuring an impressive marble island, and raised seats, that provides a great social setting as you prepare your lunches and dinners.

From the kitchen and dining area, large sliding doors lead out onto the wraparound veranda, which offers plenty of shaded seating areas to escape the afternoon sun. Here, you can enjoy the impressive architecture of the building, with beautiful stone archways adding a sense of grandeur, around the outdoor dining and BBQ area. It's the perfect spot for morning breakfasts, or a pizza night using the traditional pizza oven adjacent. This elevated vantage point looks out across the large verdant garden and villa's vineyard, making the most of your surroundings. On the lower level of the property, you'll find outdoor lounges and a fire pit, for further evening entertainment.

Looking towards the coast on its own separate sun terrace is Villa Gaia's heated infinity pool. Enjoy a refreshing swim while appreciating the villa's tranquillity. The imposing art sculpture of a diver is one of the villa's most iconic features, sure to capture your glance as you take a swim. Sun loungers and outdoor seating around the pool make for a great spot to enjoy the beaming sunshine with a favourite drink taken from the outdoor bar in the pool house. The pool house also features a comfy dining space for relaxed lunches or light snacks.

Back inside, for the ultimate way to relax, retire to the revitalising spa area where a sauna, hammam and indoor hot tub will cater to your wellness needs. Should you wish to keep up with your daily workout, the villa also features a fully-equipped gym, found in the private garden, surrounded by the countryside views. Within the property, there are further lounge TV areas and an office space for people requiring their own space for an hour or two.

Villa Gaia can sleep up to 8 guests across four inviting en-suite bedrooms, providing guests with their own private area to retreat to after a long day. The bedrooms all have an individual style with sumptuous fabrics and captivating artwork. Each room is found on the lower ground floor and has access to the veranda and garden. The master bedroom also features a private living area and kitchenette, creating a quiet sanctuary for the lead guest to enjoy to themselves.

The villa has a heating and cooling system and offers laundry facilities as well as ample parking for 8 cars. It should be noted the wine cellar is only accessible on request.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa, for up to 8 guests, and is offered with daily complimentary breakfast, daily visit from the concierge team, daily housekeeping and mid-week linen change.

Location

The exclusive Villa Gaia sits on the hills of Monte Abele just outside Selva di Fasano, affording far-reaching views of the Adriatic Sea in Puglia. Surrounded by botanic gardens and a private Pinot Noir vineyard, it offers tranquillity, seclusion, and stunning natural surroundings for your retreat in Puglia.

The coast and the stunning Savelletri beaches are just 15 minutes away by car, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Alberobello, famous for its iconic trulli houses. The vibrant town of Monopoli, with its historic centre and beautiful harbour, is just a 20-minute drive from the villa. Alternatively, take the 30-minute drive to visit the popular hillside "White City" of Ostuni.

Villa Gaia is 9 minutes from its nearest supermarket in Fasano, here you will also find a collection of bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. The nearest airport is Brindisi a 40-minute drive away, Bari is the next closest taking around 1 hour to get to.

When staying in this luxury villa on a bed and breakfast basis, you will be well looked after by a team of industry professionals who want to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. On your arrival everything will be set up to make sure your luxury villa holiday in Puglia starts off at its best, beginning with a welcome Apulian basket.

A dedicated concierge service will be on hand daily for 4 hours per day, and 24/7 via WhatsApp, to ensure that every need is met with utmost care and attention. Whether it is to arrange restaurant bookings, airport transfer, local excursions & guides or in villa massage treatments, you will find yourself dealing with an extremely knowledgeable team who will be able to assist you every step of the way during your holiday. Your stay will include a tempting daily breakfast spread and daily housekeeping, so you can be sure that both guests and the property is being well looked after throughout your stay. You'll find luxury toiletries in every room, and linens are changed mid-week, while bath and pool towels are replaced daily. For those seeking to explore the surroundings, the property also provides discounts for the local beach clubs.

Should you wish to upgrade your stay to a catered one, there is the possibility to add on the services of an in-villa private chef, allowing you to relax completely. The chefs they work with aim to please with quality local produce and fresh dishes to meet your requirements. If you are looking to have a full catered experience throughout the day, they can work with you to make the suitable arrangements. All food and drinks will be payable in addition.
