Villa C'awanui Information
Immaculately-presented, this four-bedroom villa incorporates flamboyant contemporary style with high levels of comfort. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with deep mattresses, high thread count linens and air-conditioning; equipment includes WiFi throughout, iPod docking stations and indoor-outdoor Sonos music system.
The interior of this luxury villa is cool, stylish and comfortable; but it is the attention to detail that really sets C'Awanui apart. From the finest linens in the bedrooms to the latest equipment and gadgets - nothing has been over-looked at this private villa.
Living areas open almost unperceptively onto surrounding outdoor terraces, furnished with loungers and sofas, and dotted with exotic Mediterranean and Southern Hemisphere planting. A full summer kitchen is equipped with grill and drinks fridge, adjacent to which a covered dining area overlooks a night-lit 10m pool, with Roman steps and views of the surrounding grounds and olive orchards.
Main House
Once through the electric gates, this retreat is both private and secluded. Accommodation is centred on the main house, with living areas and a very well equipped kitchen opening onto surrounding terraces. Three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with bathroom, surround a second living area with sofas and a selection of coffee-table reading. Stairs lead to a master bedroom on the first floor, with large bathroom, including 'tub with a view', a separate dressing area, and access to a roof sun terrace with views to the bay of Pollença on the horizon.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining area, living area with TV, Sonos, second sitting area and 3 bedrooms:

Dining and outdoor terraces look over the pool and grounds, including the bay of Pollença from the first floor roof terrace.
KINDLY NOTE: There is a 1m50 drop to a lower garden level 15m away from the house. Young children need to be supervised.
Price is based on seven nights accommodation with exclusive occupancy of the villa for up to 8 guests. The villa is available for 2 or 3 week bookings only in the low season.

Once a Roman military outpost, this quintessential old village is now a hive of activity in summer - its square bordered with open air restaurants (from easy-family pizzas through to fine Mallorcan specialities) - a place to gather, play and people watch.
Within walking distance of the house is Pollença golf course and within a very short drive the old town of Pollença, with its cafes, restaurants and 365 steps to the chapel at Calvary, with its celebrated Easter parade and spectacular views across the Tramuntana to the bay of Alcudia. The beaches, bays and dramatic coastline of Formentor are a 10 minute drive away.
For the active, a range of water sports and beach fun are available in nearby Puerta Pollensa whilst the dramatic Tramuntana mountains - ideal for hiking, mountain-biking or a scenic drive to discover hidden monastery and mountain-top villages - form the backdrop to Pollensa. The more leisured may prefer simply to relax poolside or under the shady terrace what is unquestionably one of the island's most stylish villas - with views across cypress tree-lined hillsides so picturesque the area is referred to locally as 'little Tuscany'.
