La Font Information
La Font is a compact modern and minimalist villa with a private heated pool perched high on the hillside above the Mallorcan town of Pollensa with stunning sea views across the sparkling bay. Entry to the villa is through an upper lobby area which is fully glazed to enhance the views from the property and then down a series of stairs to the living and accommodation areas of the villa. The style and layout of the villa is very open plan, light and airy which has been maximised by the amount of glazing throughout. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room which have been fully glazed on one side so that the fantastic views can be enjoyed whether you are cooking, eating or just relaxing. In the kitchen area there are doors to a small garden area where children can play. Along the sitting and dining areas there is a long terrace with table and chairs and soft seating area.
The bedrooms are at the opposite end of the villa to the living areas. The master suite is at the far end and consists of a large spacious double bedroom, good sized walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There are two similarly sized twin bedrooms next door which share a bathroom opposite. All the bedrooms have wonderful views of the countryside and the bay of Pollensa. Throughout the house, the owners have used a minimalist modern and contemporary style predominantly in white. Splashes of vibrant colours have been used in the large scale canvas paintings on the walls by a well known local artist. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and has Wifi.
There is no dedicated playroom at the villa, however an area has been set up with a wide choice of indoor and outdoor toys. Our nanny will make sure that your children are well looked after with creative, entertaining and progressive play, whilst you enjoy your well-earned break. Families like the fact that the play area is on the same level as the living areas, so parents can be as involved as they like.
Access to the swimming pool is via a long ramp. The pool is rectangular in shape and has Roman steps (long and shallow) for easy access. The same wonderful views can also be enjoyed while you are relaxing in and around the pool.
Villa La Font is a highly desirable unique, compact, modern and contemporary villa spread over three levels set in an elevated position on the hillside in the most exclusive residential area of Pollensa, with close neighbours to one side of the property. As the villa is set on the hillside there is only a small grassy area and limited outside areas for relaxing however from all these areas the most impressive views of the bays of Pollensa can be enjoyed. This villa is therefore a highly recommended holiday destination and is particularly suited to a small family with young babies or a family with older children that do not need to have the space for running about.
Price is based on seven nights catered accommodation with exclusive occupancy of the villa. Food is charged on a per person basis on top, please see 'Services' section below.
Please note that the villa runs Monday to Monday in order to avoid long weekend queues at the local airport.

Spacious bedroom with double bed, modern decor and fantastic views over the countryside and the bays of Pollensa beyond. The en suite bathroom consists of bath with a large shower over. There is also a good size dressing area.
Twin Bedroom
This is a good sized twin bedroom with large built in wardrobes. Views of the bay of Pollensa can be enjoyed from the bedroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom next door.

Getting to the villa involves driving up a lane which twists and turns up and around the hills side past many exclusive and impressive properties of the area. Villa La Font is situated virtually at the top of the hillside which means from every aspect of the property the most impressive views of the countryside and the bays of Pollensa can be enjoyed.
Services
La Font is a fully staffed villa with a chef, host and a nanny to look after you during your holiday. Our team pride themselves on ensuring that every aspect of the service is seamless and your every need is anticipated. Your private chef will serve original and mouth-watering dishes from a menu tailored to your tastes, using the freshest local ingredients. Whilst your host will manage every aspect of your holiday, from suggesting and booking local activities or restaurants, to looking after you perfectly as you relax in your villa.
Our villas are fully staffed with a chef and host for 5.5 days of the week. The nanny is available for 5 days per week, for 8 flexible hours per day between 8am and 7pm. Two hours of childcare is available on both your arrival and departure day. If your flights do not allow for this arrangement, 4 hours in total will be offered on either your arrival or departure day. The villas also have a maid service for 6 days per week.
An additional nanny can be requested (subject to availability) from £650 per week for 1 child.
Laundry facilities - €7 per wash.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Our villa staff can make arrangements to fill your time if your arrival or departure times do not correspond with these, for example booking a restaurant for lunch.
