The property consists of five interconnected buildings, linked by pergolas, pathways, courtyards, and gardens lush with Mediterranean vegetation. The main building houses the villa's main communal areas, including a lounge, indoor dining space and family kitchen, decorated in a warm and refined style, where natural wood tones and carefully selected furnishings create a welcoming yet sophisticated atmosphere. These beautiful, bright living areas open directly onto the terrace through large sliding glass doors, allowing natural light to flood the interiors while framing the surrounding landscape. From here, guests move seamlessly through the communal areas to the outdoor terraces, where the sea becomes a constant backdrop.

The outdoor living spaces are truly the heart of Villa Meadows. A stunning infinity swimming pool sits proudly on the main terrace, complemented by a wooden deck that provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. Behind the pool, an impressive 150m² pergola shelters an inviting lounge, bar and outdoor dining area, creating a wonderful gathering place where guests can spend long afternoons and relaxed evenings overlooking the sea.

Further north lies the island's capital, Parikia, which can be reached via an approximate 25-minute car journey.
