Odessa I accommodates for 10 guests across five authentic bedrooms spread between the property's first, ground and pool levels. Keeping to a similar aesthetic to the rest of the villa's interiors, each bedroom adopts a homely, rural feel, thanks to a whitewashed style, exposed beams and quaint picture windows. The majority of bedrooms have access to en-suite amenities or a private shower room. The master bedroom also enjoys a separate living area and a private balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs in which to indulge on an alfresco morning coffee before magnificent sea views each day. Suitable for multi-generational groups, one room sits in an independent guest house for additional privacy at night.

The villa also offers private parking and air conditioning throughout.

For larger groups looking to stay in close proximity to each other, Odessa I sits adjacent to Odessa II (sleeps 6) and Odessa III (sleeps 6) to accommodate for up to 22 persons in total. Please enquire if this is best suited to your group's needs.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests and is offered on a catered basis to include the services of a private chef for daily breakfast, lunch and dinner preparations (food and drinks payable in addition). Daily housekeeping is also included.

Location

Odessa I is one of three luxury villas on an estate that resides in the sought-after Makria Miti area on the southern side of Paros. Set within a peaceful seaside enclave yet moments from local life, this luxury Paros villa offers a rare balance of privacy, comfort and authenticity.

The property sits just metres away from the shoreline and the sands of a secluded beach that lies at the bottom of the estate. Alternatively, Odessa I is within a 500m walk from the secluded golden shores of Makra Miti beach. Agios Nikolaos Beach can also be reached within a 5-minute's drive for those looking for further variety.

The charming seaside village of Aliki is an approximate 5-minute drive from the villa, offering a lovely selection of tavernas, cafés and local shops to peruse on your Greek villa holiday. Parikia, also known as Paros Town, can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car. Here lies the island's capital offering a combination of the old town and lively promenade, not to mention the harbour where boat trips to Antiparos can be taken too.

Paros Airport is conveniently located around 10 minutes' drive from the villa, making arrivals and departures particularly straightforward.
