Designed by one of the leading contemporary architects, Bruno Erpicum, presenting iconic pieces of furniture as well as a stunning contemporary art collection; Villa Sublime is without a doubt one of the most stylish properties on the island.
Main House
Villa Sublime has been designed to allow plenty of social space with the main part of the house having a semi-open plan, allowing a natural flow between the living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a further double height living area down a flight of steps from the main living space with stylish sofas and flat screen TV.
Superb attention to detail is evident throughout the villa and the walls feature contemporary artworks including a striking triptych by renowned French artist Francoise Nielly.
On the ground floor there is also a study with a private balcony.
The large master suite (55m2) is located on the first floor and consists of a large bedroom with a king size bed, reading/living room, large bathroom with separate shower, double sink, and two terraces (one of 116m2 and one of 10m2). There is also a junior suite (40m2) with a large bathroom and a stunning terrace with views over the pool and sea beyond and a double bedroom (30m2) with a king size bed and spectacular ensuite shower room.
On the ground floor there are 4 further bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin/double) all with bath or shower rooms and private terraces. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, a mini-bar, internet access and a safe.
Outside Area
Villa Sublime is cleverly designed to follow the contours of the site it is built on; allowing for a number of private terraces off the ground floor bedrooms and living areas. The pool terrace is truly magnificent with a large de-chlorinated swimming pool. The large garden surrounded by pine, olive and orange trees also provides the perfect place for relaxation and lounging whilst enjoying the beautiful views.

The villa also offers stunning views over the S’Epartas island and the dramatic sunsets with the sun dropping down in the sea literally right in front of the villa.
Villa Sublime is located just 15 minutes from Ibiza Town and the nearest beaches are 5 minutes’ drive away, with the idyllic and wild coves of Punta Galera and Cala Salada accessible within walking distance from the villas, less than 800 meters away.
