The G House Villa is an attractive property with a typical Cycladic architecture and whitewashed externals. The villa is beautifully established into its surroundings, with mature trees and bushes and lush greenery within its grounds. The villas is deceptively secluded with beautiful sea vistas, but actually remains in a key location to make the most of this islands offering. The villa is organised over three floors, with a bright open-plan living area on the main level that sprawls into the gardens with its impressive terrace. Divided into two comfortable seating arrangements, the lounge offers plenty of space to relax. Nearby, a fully-equipped modern kitchen will have everything you may need to prepare a meze of dishes to enjoy at your mealtimes.

For alfresco meals, head towards the main terrace to satisfy your appetite around the spacious outdoor dining table, seating 10 guests, and strategically positioned under the pool-side pergola, offering pleasant shade with a beautiful postcard picture of Mykonos Port. Adjacent, the BBQ grill and outdoor fridge, make this the perfect entertaining space for an evening banquet.

The G House Villa, offers sublime outdoor spaces for relaxation with many sofas, loungers, and seats to make the most of the incredible viewpoint. As you relax, appreciating the gorgeous weather, the swimming pool will be the perfect addition. Stretching along the edge of the terrace, you can admire views to the marina below as you gently swim lengths of the pool. The gardens are a wonderful haven whether looking for shade or sun and day or night. It is the perfect base to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun set over, or relax and unwind.

G House Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 double bedrooms. Split between the three floors of the villa, the rooms have each been decorated with the similar white modern furniture, presenting a bright and fresh space to unwind and enjoy your night's rest. The villa works harmoniously between offering shared spaces and private ones, making it suitable for different group configurations. There are 4 bedrooms on the lower level of the property, each with their own independent access from the garden, giving privacy when needed. Both the master bedrooms benefit a private balcony and dreamy sea views.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system and private parking.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping (2 hours).

G House Villa can also be taken on a luxury fully staffed basis, at extra cost. This will include the services of a private chef for daily breakfast, lunch, OR dinner, villa security, complimentary boat charter and 1x arrival/departure transfer to the airport/port.
