Villa Poniente Information
Built in a classical château style yet with all modern amenities, Villa Poniente is arranged across two properties and has no less than eight bedrooms as well as a staff apartment. With complete privacy, seclusion, security and services - this is the dream venue for a holiday or memorable celebration.
The main home has six bedrooms and staff quarters whilst the second property has a two bedroom self-contained apartment on the first floor with its own kitchen and living area, and on the ground floor an indulgent Spa with a large sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and full bathroom facilities. Moving outside there is a comprehensive outdoor kitchen, bar and BBQ area.
Both properties have separate alarm systems and are fully monitored by security cameras which can be viewed from any TV within the house. The security gates can be connected to the guest’s phone allowing for ease of access and remote viewing of the security cameras at all times.
Beautifully landscaped, the imposing 4,000 m2 plot offers privacy and space with a large front garden accessed by a beautiful entrance as well as an additional vast garden to the rear of the main home. Villa Poniente benefits from an elegant oversized swimming pool, a large outdoor cinema ideal for summer night viewings and a floodlit tennis court for the athletic type. The whole package is simply perfect for any event from a wedding celebration to a corporate gathering and from a landmark birthday to a family communion.

The villa boasts 8 bedrooms, all with air conditioning.
Main House
• Three double bedrooms on the 1st floor, all are en suite.
• One twin bedded children's bedroom with sofa-bed. No en suite - these guests will need to share an en suite with another bedroom.
• Top floor hosts a beautifully, large master suite with lounge area, outdoor terrace and en-suite bathroom.
• Downstairs off of the kitchen there is a beautiful double bedroom. No en suite. There is a guest toilet with sink on this floor but no bathroom. Guests will need to use an en suite from another bedroom.
Second house
• One double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe.
• Kitchen and separate lounge.
• Double bedroom. No en suite, guests will need to share the en suite. This works well with children.

World famous Puerto Banús, is within just a few minute's drive (4km); bursting with boutiques, stylish restaurants and some of the most impressive yachts at anchor. Meanwhile five of Marbella’s most celebrated golf courses, including Robert Trent Jones-designed Las Brisas, are within walking distance. Marbella Old Town is 8km or ten minutes drive. Beaches are just 3km at six minutes drive. You will find 5 of the best golf courses within 5 minutes drive also.
