A beautiful 7-bedroom villa, close to the beautiful hillside town of Ronda, as well as convenient to Puerto Banus and Marbella, Casa San Bernardo is a great choice for large groups and families looking for a luxurious escape in the Spanish countryside. Located on an exclusive private estate, relax around the 20 metre private pool, dine alfresco with elevated views, and enjoy the sumptuous interiors where style and comfort meet.
Holiday in a stunning multi-million pound luxury villa located in the most prestigious area surrounding Puerto Banús and Marbella. Complete with 6/7 en suite bedrooms, a 20-metre pool, all modern luxuries and WiFi internet. Sleeps as standard 12, but can comfortably sleep up to 15.
Casa Benita offers luxury accommodation of the highest standard and all the facilities you would expect of a luxury property, located on a plot of 3,500m² with beautiful landscaped gardens. The 20 metre private swimming pool features a tropical garden island, underwater seating and breath-taking views of the surrounding area.
The prices are based on exclusive use of the villa and grounds with daily housekeeping and twice weekly linen and towel changes.

The living room of the bedroom 1 suite. Connected by double doors to bedroom 1. Luxury memory-foam topped double sofa bed. Separate access to bedroom and bathroom featuring Italian marble, large walk-in rain & rail shower, double-ended bath tub, access to private terrace overlooking gardens and pool with panoramic views. Please advise how you would like this room to be configured. As standard we prepare this room as a separate living room to Bedroom 1.

What a fantastic location! A five minute drive away will take you to San Pedro, a typical Spanish town with unspoilt beach, lovely palm lined promenade with a variety of restaurants and a weekly market. For the younger ones there is Selwo Nature and Adventure Park, two Aqua Parks and a Theme Park, all close by. Ronda is a 20 minute drive with its Ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and breath-taking gorge while Gibraltar can be reached in only 45 minutes. Within 2.5 hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing at Sierra Nevada or visit Cordoba, Seville, Morocco or Granada on a comfortable day trip. Sailing, walking, horse riding, cycling and all water sports are also available close by.
Malaga airport - 50 mins by car, Puerto Banus - 10 mins by car, Marbella town - 15 mins by car, Nearest beach - 5 mins by car, Nearest golf course - 2 mins by car.

Maximum Villa Occupancy
The standard number of guests for Villa Casa San Bernardo is 12. If required, it is possible to increase the number of guests by setting up extra beds within the existing rooms. The maximum capacity of this villa is 15 guests.
To accommodate additional people we use luxury double sofa-beds with 15cm memory foam mattresses and the same luxury linen. We can add these to bedrooms 1, 2 and 5. Additional charges apply, please enquire.
Baby cots are subject to availability. Please always provide us information about your guests sleeping arrangements, including how many couples, and single rooms/single bed requirements.
Reservation
Upon booking and confirmation that your requested dates for villa rental are available we charge a non-refundable 30% deposit of the full price for you and your party, this deposit secures your dates. We cannot guarantee any reservation until your deposit has been received. The balance of the rental price plus a £1,000 fully refundable security/damages deposit is due two calendar months before the rental start date. We can accept payments by bank transfer or debit/credit card (credit cards are subject to an additional charge depending on the credit card company). Please let me know your preferred payment option and I will send you the details. Our terms and conditions are applicable to all bookings.
