Villa Can Formentor offers modern contemporary living spaces, spread across four levels and benefits direct access to the sea. It’s a peaceful location boasting beautiful and would be the perfect base to explore the Island of Mallorca.

Villa Can Formentor has been carefully designed to complement the stunning surroundings it sits within. Indoors, the entrance level leads you into a generous living and dining area as well as modern kitchen. The design is beautifully open plan and comes with homely touches and unique artwork and décor to catch your eye. The main lounge sits in a wonderfully inviting double-height space with huge windows looking out to the island surroundings. Relax on the large L-shape sofa as you enjoy the privacy of the tranquil setting you find yourself in.

The living area seamlessly leads out onto a large, covered terrace with alfresco dining and welcoming lounge space, where you can enjoy delightful meals as the surrounding trees rustle in the breeze and the views tempt you to a swim later on.

When exploring the grounds, guests will find a pathway through the garden taking you directly down to a private bay which has its own dock, to tether your boat. Here you can take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear sea. Alternatively, head to the large infinity pool on the villa deck for a swim or to relax on one of the villas loungers.

To complete the spa experience, back inside the villa, you will find a sauna and well-equipped gym, both still maximising on the views Villa Can Formentor offers.

If travelling with multiple families or a multi-generation group, it could be useful to know there is a second living and dining is found on the ground floor giving a second space to relax in privacy. The villas also offers lots of different balconies whether you are wanting to socialise with a drink or relax in privacy with a good book.

The villa has seven double bedrooms spread over three floors. On the top floor two master suites are found both with their own private balcony. The entrance level has two further double bedrooms with the last three found on the lower floor.

For convenience, the villa has an internal lift, air conditioning and private parking for up to 5 cars.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 14 people and includes full staff service (Manager, cook, housekeeping, and laundry). Food and drinks are charged in addition.

Location

Villa Can Formentor sits in a beautiful and private spot on the Pollença peninsula giving direct access to the sea, a private boat dock and wonderful elevated views out across the glistening sea of Formentor bay.

The nearest beach of Platja de Formento is found only 5 minutes' walkaway. Formentor is a comfortable 20 minutes’ drive away whilst the Port de Pollença and town can be reached in around half an hour. There is plenty to explore in the area, or you can simply enjoy the local nature reserves, pine forests, rocky bays, and sandy beaches. A popular viewpoint is found at the Cap de Formentor lighthouse, 20 minutes away.

Services

Villa Can Formentor is a luxury catered villa in Mallorca where you will enjoy all the expert knowledge of a dedicated concierge service, on call during your stay to assist in arranging restaurants reservations, local activities and more. A house manager will also be on hand 8 hours per day to help with any questions you might have.

This luxury villa is well appointed for your stay, with luxurious bathrobes, linen, towels and bathroom toiletries set up for you to use throughout your stay. Towel changes will occur on request, while a daily housekeeping service will ensure everything is nice and fresh for your luxury summer holiday in Mallorca. A standard laundry service will also be available for 4 hours per day.

In addition to all the above, your stay at Villa Can Formentor will also include a chef service for 8 hours per day, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals during your villa holiday.
