Surrounded by grape vines, olive and citrus trees, Sa Terra Rotja is a beautiful luxury villa on Mallorca. Part of the vast estate of Son Bunyola, it is one of three exclusive villas to rent; Sa Terra Rotja, Sa Punta de S'Aguila and Son Balagueret. Literally translating as ‘red earth' from the local Mallorquín dialect, Sa Terra Rotja is a four bedroom luxury villa rental privately situated near the edge of the estate, and just a 20 minute walk from the pebble beach. Sa Terra Rotja accommodates up to 8 adults in its lovely, spacious en-suite bedrooms, and the generous communal space is decorated magnificently in a traditional Mallorcan style. A double height ceiling with exposed beams, along with several French doors leading directly onto the villa's terrace, open this space up and create a grand yet homely ambience. Elegant furnishings can be found throughout the villa, showcasing natural colours that are offset by pops of colour from the myriad artworks adorning the walls. A large kitchen with a breakfast bar is also located on the ground floor, along with a tasteful dining room.

Each of these rooms has direct access to the villa's terraces and garden. A covered dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco breakfast, or to watch the sun set over the Mediterranean whilst enjoying a gourmet evening meal. The estate's shared tennis court is situated just nearby for a quick game or perhaps a family tennis tournament. Alternatively, simply relax on the pool terrace and cool down with a dip in your private swimming pool.

Three of the bedrooms at Sa Terra Rotja are all located at one end of the villa to make the most of the sea views. They all have king-size double/twin beds for complete flexibility and all are en-suite. The master bedroom is positioned apart from the other three rooms and features a walk-in wardrobe, private balcony and lovely views from the lounging area. This room's luxury en-suite bathroom benefits from both a bath and a shower.

Guests staying at Sa Terra Rotja will also have access to the Son Bunyola Hotel luxurious facilities. Swim in the infinity outdoor swimming pool, or relax yourself in the luxury wellness area after doing your daily workout in the private hotel gym. Location

Villa Sa Terra Rotja, in the vast estate of Son Bunyola, is located approximately 40 minutes from Palma. The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away from the Son Bunyola estate, providing a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities.

From Sa Terra Rotja you will be able to reach the private pebble natural beach of the Son Bunyola Estate, located at approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the property.
