A semi open plan lounge and dining area with kitchen attached is decorated in a rich mix of light and chocolate browns that fosters a suave and sophisticated aesthetic in the evenings. In the daytime, these rooms are flooded with natural light from the giant floor-to-ceiling windows that open out onto the fabulous pool terrace.
This pool terrace provides you comfortable loungers to rest on beside the pool, whether that's in the warmth of the summer sunshine or the cool of the shade from the large canopy umbrellas. Pointing directly towards Lake Garda, you will be stunned by the magnificent views that are on offer. An alfresco dining spot benefits from the shade of the floor above, while the terrace extends into a garden with soft grass for children to run around on.
The basement level of Landmark Matteo Thun 3 is home to the villa's spa.
