This luxurious beach front villa offers a sweeping views of Koh Samui’s stunning west coast. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat, away from the crowds, this villa’s contemporary suites, all of which are decorated with a mix of Thai and Japanese furniture and decorations, is a perfect fit. Villa Akatsuki boasts a choice of five unique suites, each of which offer a different atmosphere and experience.
The Kokoro suite for example, is centred in a lush tropical garden and boasts vaulted ceilings, a plush king sized bed and a rejuvenating rain style shower and also offers direct access to a private garden and pool. The popular Umi suite is the villa’s master suite and backs straight on to the villa’s private beach. It is tastefully decorated in a traditional Japanese style and boasts phenomenal views of the Gulf of Thailand from it’s king size bed and soaking tub, as the front of the suite has floor length windows.
The Raku suite is a spacious suite, located on a private floor, perfect for families or small groups and offers private terraces, one of a kind bespoke furniture and Japanese style futon mattresses. The Mizu suite is an open plan suite which overlooks the villa’s atrium, lush garden, plunge pool and spa and can be closed off for privacy, should you book the villa’s luxurious spa treatments. All of the villa’s spa treatments include a mix of exotic oils, spices, fruits and essences taken from native Thai plants.
During your stay at the villa, you can enjoy the gourmet meals created by world class chef, Chef Noi, who is an expert in blending traditional Thai and Japanese cuisine with international flavours and spices. If you’re interested in recreating some of the dishes Chef Noi creates for you, simply book a one-on-one master class.
