The resort is made 32 luxury private villas and provides a wide range of restaurants, wellness facilities and memorable holiday experiences. This luxury villa boasts 1,845m² of lavish living space, accommodating up to 14 guests, making it the perfect choice for families and friends alike.

The villa is a true "castle in the sand," elevated over the turquoise sea and with a unique style which embraces the surrounding nature. Organised over two levels, the structure of the property is built with the tropical weather of the region in mind, designed with open air spaces throughout. Upon entering, the open-plan living and dining areas flow effortlessly onto the outdoor decks, creating the perfect space for social gatherings or quiet evenings under the stars. Whether you relax indoors or on the terrace, there is plenty of comfortable seating for your group. For mealtimes, you have the choice to cook and dine inside or out with facilities to cater to your every need.

At the heart of the villa is the sprawling main terrace area, where sun loungers invite you to bask in the tropical sun. The main luxury highlight is the half-moon infinity pool, edged with a smooth curve, making it the perfect spot for a refreshing dip or an afternoon of relaxation. The water slide adds a playful touch the kids will love. The villa also includes a spa and wellness area, where a steam room awaits for the ultimate rejuvenation. Should you wish to keep up with your workout, the villa also features a private gym overlooking the shimmering blue waters. Finally, for cosy movie nights hide away in the villa's comfortable TV lounge. For a change of scenery, a few steps from the property you can find the golden shores of the resort's beach to experience a paradise-like setting.

The 5 Bedroom Beach Villa can sleep up to 14 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, each crafted to offer the ultimate in comfort and style. The master suite is a haven of tranquillity, complete with an expansive walk-through dressing area, indoor and outdoor vanity, and a luxurious bath. Guests can indulge in the unique outdoor shower or relax in the steam room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. There are three other en-suite bedrooms, each featuring their own private deck areas, as well as indoor and outdoor shower options. Lastly, a charming treehouse will be perfect to sleep 4 children across two sets of bunk beds and gives access to the water slide that leads directly into the pool.

For convenience, an eco-friendly electric buggy is available for your personal use, allowing you to explore the Soneva Kiri Resort at your leisure. Air conditioning is also provided throughout the property.

While staying in 5 Bedroom Beach Villa, guests can make full use of the Soneva Kiri facilities, including a variety of restaurants with a wealth of cuisine options and serving both relaxed and gourmet options. There's also a spa and sports centre, tennis courts, kid's playground and huge itinerary and activity program to choose from.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests. The villa is offered with a daily breakfast buffet at 'The Dining Room' and full use of the resort facilities, spa and concierge service. Up to 4 additional guests can be accommodated on request, please enquire.

The villa is also available fully catered (with half-board), to include a daily buffet breakfast, and dinner service at 'The Dining Room' or 'Tuk's Kitchen' included or $150 per person dinner credit for any other resort outlet. All drinks are charged as extra. Consumption exceeding the credit limit is charged as a supplement.

A Full board catering (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) package is also available as an upgrade.

Leaving Soneva Kiri, there is plenty to explore on the island. Visit the Khlong Yai Kee Waterfall, just a 6-minute drive away. Alternatively, Ao Phrao Beach and the traditional Ao Yai Fisherman Village are around 25–40 minutes by car. For those looking to explore the surrounding waters, a day of island hopping to nearby Ko Chang and Ko Mak offers an exciting opportunity to discover more of Thailand's stunning coastline.
