Spanning across 464m², the 1 Bedroom Bayview villas can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults, resulting perfect for couples or small families.

With sustainable wooden architecture and elevated position, the 1 Bedroom Bayview Villas allow guests to experience life within the tree canopy, while offering sweeping views of the shimmering bay below. Upon entering your villa, you are greeted by expansive and tastefully furnished open-air living areas, offering plenty of seating spots where to unwind with your favourite read or socialise in. For mealtimes, the villa offers a spacious dining area allowing guests to enjoy tasty dishes surrounded by nature's peaceful ambiance

The private infinity-edged swimming pool is one of the villa's standout features. Designed to seamlessly blend into its surroundings, this half-moon-shaped pool is perfect for leisurely swims, offering both privacy and breathtaking views of the bay and jungle. The pool is framed by spacious terraced areas equipped with comfortable sun loungers and cushioned daybeds, inviting guests to sunbathe in the tropical sun or unwind in the shade. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation. While staying in 1 Bedroom Bayview Villa, guests can make full use of the Soneva Kiri facilities, including a variety of restaurants with a wealth of cuisine options and serving both relaxed and gourmet options. There's also a spa and sports centre, tennis courts, kid's playground and huge itinerary and activity program to choose from.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 2 guests. The villa is offered with a daily breakfast buffet at 'The Dining Room' and full use of the resort facilities, spa and concierge service. Up to 2 children or 1 adult can be accommodated in addition on request and at extra cost, please enquire.

The villa is also available fully catered (with half-board), to include a daily buffet breakfast, and dinner service at 'The Dining Room' or 'Tuk's Kitchen' included or $150 per person dinner credit for any other resort outlet. All drinks are charged as extra. Consumption exceeding the credit limit is charged as a supplement.

A Full board catering (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) package is also available as an upgrade.
