The villa follows a minimalistic approach in design, pairing light pastel colours with plush furnishings to create a relaxed atmosphere. The main living space uses an open-plan design, connecting a living space, dining area seating 12 guests and fully fitted kitchen, into a capacious area with convivial living in mind. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame undisturbed views, offering guests 180° sea views and facing Formentera. The windows can slide open, seamlessly connecting the inside of the villa to its exterior.

Transitioning outside, a selection of comfortable lounge areas are scattered around the villa's terrace, made up of plush sofas, parasols and loungers, and comfortable chairs. An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ with a dining table is nestled under a veranda, ensuring alfresco family meals are paired perfectly with a magnificent view of the coast. A manicured garden area offers fruit trees and a chef's herb garden. Here also lies a laser cinema, ready to end the night with a family favourite film. Alternatively, an outdoor firepit on the terrace also invites further conversation into the night, following mealtimes.

Villa Nereo lies within Ibiza's exclusive Roca Llisa, featuring 180° south-facing sea views. Located along the picturesque coastline, the property sits in one of the island's most refined enclaves, exuding a quieter and more sophisticated atmosphere, still within close proximity to the island's vibrant centre.

The south-eastern coastline is dotted with coves to explore, whether by car or via a number of coastal walking paths. Cala Espart sits just a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the villa, a natural cove renowned for its tranquil vibe and crystal-clear waters, whilst further beaches can be reached too. A scenic 12-minute drive will bring guests to Cala Llonga, where the Amante Beach Club is located, amongst a selection of shops and restaurants.

Alternatively, experience Ibiza Town and the exclusive harbour, easily reached within 20 minutes by car. Iconic nightlife venues, such as Destino, Pacha, Unvrs and Ushuaïa, are also situated approximately a 20-minute drive from Villa Nereo.
