Located in the exclusive area of Port Grimaud, Villa My World is a lovingly renovated waterfront town house. This beautiful property has plenty to offer guests on a summer holiday in the South of France, with a private boat mooring, multiple outdoor living spaces and a private pool too. Offering 5 en-suite bedrooms, the villa can host up to 13 guests and is an ideal base for a family group or friends get together.

Villa My World is organised over three levels, and is a one-of-a-kind villa blending elegance and luxury. With a simplistic and homely style, this luxury villa in Grimaud seamlessly creates a tranquil and harmonious space. The modern interiors of the open-plan living area are sophisticated yet cosy. Large sofas allow your group to relax in comfort, whether gazing out the terrace windows to the waterfront or enjoying the fire crackling away in front of you.

This villa has cleverly utilised its space, offering a chic open-plan kitchen with raised seating area, acting as an informal indoor dining space. However, we can be sure the majority of meals will be enjoyed in the outside kitchen. Here, the covered terrace and long dining table awaits you, as your group join together at mealtimes. It is even ideally set up for regular BBQ's, which are a must in summer!

For pre-dinner drinks, the rooftop terrace, with a spacious lounge and bar area, is the perfect spot. Your group can sit under the stars and twinkling lights in your own private hideaway entertaining space. There's even a pétanque court adjacent for you to join in friendly competition during your stay. Alternatively, take advantage of the property's garden, with ample seating areas and loungers. This villa is designed to be enjoyed in the utmost comfort throughout the day, whilst also making the most of its scenic setting.

In addition to its unique design, Villa My World stands out for its outdoor swimming pool, allowing you to relax and cool off on warm summer days. That's if the beach and Mediterranean Sea isn't calling to you! The other impressive feature of this wonderful property is the 40m private mooring, giving you the chance to explore the surrounding crystal clear waters of the French Riviera by boat.

Villa My World offers five double bedrooms, all complete with their own en-suite shower rooms. The rooms are split between the three levels of the property and have each been decorated in soft tones with modern furniture. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with its own private terrace. On the floor above, two further rooms with a terrace or balcony are found. On the top level, there is one double bedroom and then lastly a family suite. The family suite can be made up as a double or twin bedroom and has a ladder leading up to a secret mezzanine with a further three single beds. Due to the steep access, it isn't suitable for small children, but maybe any teens in your group will love it!

For added convenience, the villa proposes an internal lift to all floors, laundry facilities and air-conditioning throughout.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 13 guests to include a private chef for full catering service (10 hours per day) and daily housekeeping service. Food and drinks are not included and will be charged in addition at the end of your stay.

Location

Villa My World finds itself in a strategic position for the sea lovers, sitting right in the heart of the picturesque waterside town of Port Grimaud. Thanks to the villa's 40m private mooring (for boats of up to 80 feet/ca. 24 m), you will be able to explore the beautiful coves and coastline of the Côte d'Azur. You can also reach the chic town of St. Tropez in a just few minutes by boat (approximately 20 minutes away by car).

Nicknamed 'The little Venice of Provence', Port Grimaud is a unique village which became popular for its laid-back lifestyle. As the town is car-free, the only way to get around is by water taxi, or with your private boat. Grimaud beach is a pleasant 14 minutes walk away from the property and the centre is only 7 minutes too! You can easily, wander around and discover all this town has to offer from traditional markets to a wide choice of quality restaurants.

The medieval village of Grimaud is 15 minutes away by car, being an excellent option if you are looking to explore the culture and history of the region. A must is horse riding with the kids between the village's vineyards! For more family fun, the Acrobatic Adventure Park of Grimaud is only 8 minutes drive away!
