Lake Maherida and Macherida beach are both a 10-minute walk from the villa, in case the entire group fancies a day out in the sun. In the evenings, feel free to explore the nearby towns for any bars, restaurants and local shops.

Alternatively, for anyone who wants to venture out further. The Paralia Tersanas beach is a 4-minute drive away. The Paralia Kalatha beach is also accessible, with it only being a 10-minute drive from the property.

The Property

These seafront villas are a collection of 4 luxurious properties. Each villa offers similar designs layouts and are all elevated by the incredible sea views that lay ahead.

Each property contains a roomy dining table to perfectly cater for each family meal. The fully fitted kitchen provides you with everything needed to conjure up any delicious dish for the group. Conveniently, the living spaces throughout most of the properties are elevated from the breathtaking views.

Spacious terraces and balconies include additional outdoor seating, so you can sit out and enjoy the warm weather with a relaxing drink, whilst the sun starts to settle. To help keep you entertained and give you an extra touch of luxury throughout the week. These seafront villas each boast a luxurious crystal-clear swimming pool. A great opportunity for the whole family to let off some steam in the sun. Alternatively, the adults may prefer to relax on the sunbeds whilst the kids make a splash. Beautiful private gardens give you a wonderful outdoor space to admire your sunny surroundings.

Services and Inclusions

Offered on a self-catered basis means you have the freedom and flexibility to plan your holiday without any restrictions. However, the team are still in place to ensure you have an easy and relaxing week away. Because of this, the villa manager will be available to you at all times, should you need any assistance during your stay. Basic essentials will of course be provided. This includes children's equipment to cater for any families, pool towels, washing machine and dryer.

Although this property is only available on a self-catered basis. Extra services are also available at an additional cost in case you want to add a bit more luxury into your holiday. An in house massage can be arranged on request, allowing you to stay relaxed in the heat. A private chef is also available for anyone who doesn't want to think about meal preparations and is craving more time by the pool.
