With a stunning beachfront location overlooking the Ionian Sea on the eastern side of the island, Villa Grace in Corfu presents a gorgeous, discreet retreat in one of the most idyllic coastal settings. Comprised of two independent, high-end private buildings, this luxury Corfu villa renders the most of a Greek summer, complete with direct beach access, high-end amenities and expansive outdoor living. Accommodating 14 guests across seven bedrooms, its layout offers exceptional flexibility for multigenerational families or groups of friends, creating a natural rhythm between social gathering and quiet retreat.

Villa Grace's breathtaking architectural work is a true masterpiece in every sense. Open-plan living is at the forefront of the villa's layout, exuding a sense of space and airy ambience that seemingly integrates with the villa's surroundings. The main house adopts a modern, contemporary feel, showcasing light furnishings and high vaulted ceilings, as well as uninterrupted views of the horizon framed across beautiful sliding glass doors that harmoniously incorporate the best of indoor and outdoor living. A lounge and kitchen hold the main house's living floor, whilst an adjacent dining space makes for the most enviable evening setting. Additional living areas can also be found in the guest house, which features a beautiful separate outdoor kitchen and firepit to complement the perfect social evening.

Across layered terraces and landscaped grounds, the outdoor space of Villa Grace is where the property really comes into its own. Providing a true sense of tranquillity and serenity, guests are free to bask in the Mediterranean sun by the heated infinity pool, wander around the gardens, or simply absorb the villa's undeniable seafront location looking out to the endless landscape from a variety of lounge areas. Two bars also feature at Villa Grace, aiding languid afternoons with a constant supply of refreshing drinks.

Aside from poolside relaxation, the villa also takes advantage of direct beach access and a jetty, perfect for moments in the sea using the provided paddleboards and kayaks (on request). Alternatively, fitness equipment and a massage bed present further choices for wellness. Other family activities also take the form of a pool table and table tennis, suitable for endless friendly competition.

Between the main and guest houses, Villa Grace sleeps groups of 14 guests across seven sumptuous double rooms. Each room has been carefully designed with a modern touch, continuing the light and airy feel across the rest of the villa's interiors. For comfort, the majority of rooms benefit from en-suite facilities. Some also have access to adjoining outdoor terraces. In order to accommodate different group types, two rooms can be configured as twin set-ups, whilst two masters can be interconnected to form a large master suite.

For convenience, the villa offers air conditioning throughout, private parking, an office space, laundry facilities, and sound and security systems.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

During peak season (July and August), the villa is available on a half-board basis to include the services of a private chef and host for breakfasts and lunches or dinners (6 days per week). Food and drinks are payable in addition.

Location

Villa Grace boasts a serene, seafront position on Corfu's eastern coastline. Its privileged and idyllic location provides the perfect balance of privacy, tranquility and balance, enjoying uninterrupted sea views whilst also being within easy accessibility to nearby charming villages, beaches and cultural attractions.

A variety of beaches in Corfu lie within close proximity to Villa Grace. Agios Ioannis Peristeron beach and the unorganised Tsaki beach are within a 5-minute drive from the property, whilst the beautiful Benitses Marina also lies equal distance away. Away from beach and waterside relaxation, a centuries-old olive tree (known as Evdokia by the locals) can be visited closeby, alongside a number of nearby churches, whilst Gardiki Castle is under 20 minutes away by car for a more historical and cultural side to the local region.

There is a supermarket and a handful of restaurants which lie within a minute's drive or less than 10 minute's walk from Villa Grace. Meanwhile, Corfu Town - the island's UNESCO‑listed capital - lies around 30 minutes away by car, inviting guests to explore its Venetian architecture, historic fortresses, boutique shops and elegant waterfront dining. Boat trips to nearby islands and coastal landmarks also depart from the harbour here.

With the services of a private chef and host on hand for breakfast and lunch or dinner preparations (on 6 days per week), guests have the opportunity to fully switch off and indulge in the villa's facilities and surroundings. Prior to arrival, menu planning and grocery shopping are arranged in accordance with guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
