Papillon Rose is a striking open-plan and free-spirited coastal villa surrounded by cypress-trees and lavender-lined gardens. This modern building is brought alive with a hint of the East, with yacht-style teak floors, Asiatic furnishings and décor and a fabulous collection of Oriental art and sculpture.
Open-plan living areas are cool, well-styled and immaculately presented, and open onto surrounding dining terraces from where views extend across the pool and gardens to the Mediterranean Sea. Bedrooms are comfortable and neat, have en suite bathrooms and iPod docking stations. The master bedroom on the first floor has a further dressing room and private terrace, and a fabulous en suite bathroom with rain shower and marble bath tub.
Equipment and technology are a key element at Papillon Rose. In addition to the surround-sound cinema, a games room comes with table football, a juke-box and table games; there is a fully-equipped gym with sauna and steam room, and a billiard room with bar.
Outdoors, sun-oriented loungers surround the pool, along-side which a shaded summer house is equipped with a bar, grill and outdoor dining facilities. Beyond, lavender-lined pathways lead across enclosed lawns to an all-weather tennis court, to the backdrop of the bay of Cannes and Alpine peaks.
